Looking at these reviews it looks like we allAre having the same experience. Bad customer service, unhelpful, and probably understaffed. Connie is the most unhelpful bank employee I have met.

Cleaner than other branches and I was greeted warmly and asked what help they could provide. Once I was seen by the teller the transaction went quickly and smoothly.

This bank is USELESS!!! The people who work at this branch are nothing but rude. I walk in, and I am waiting forever because the two workers are gossiping, clearly talking poorly about a customer at the driverthru window. All they do is tell you that you can do it online, when in fact you cannot. They're lazy. Don't go here and this is the last straw. Switching my bank from this god awful institution.

Branch is either short staffed, closed or being remodeled every time I go there. ATM works if you don't need personal banking.Never any signs letting you know what the real hours are. I have walked in and waited for help only to have workers tell me it was closed.

Unbelievable! The lobby ATM doesn't accept deposits! And there's no drive-up ATM.

I had a fantastic visit today. The two clerks were incredibly sweet and fun to chat with. They were very efficient and complimented me on my sunglasses. Honestly kinda wish I had a reason to visit again ? Would highly recommend this location

Very bad and not friendly service . Management needs to be replaced . Don’t come to this location they are very slow and act annoying. They wasted 30 mins of my time waiting on the line just to be told I need an ID to do a deposit when Connie the cashier has helped me several times . I don’t care and it’s not my problem if they are understaffed. Just do your job and don’t be lazy. Also the same Connie needs to treat customers equally. She helped the girl in front of my with several deposits and she didn’t asked her for ID . BE PROFESSIONAL AND TRETAT CUSTOMERS EQUALLY

Jan 4. 2022. I did not get to talk to the account specialist that I requested because all were busy on the phone. So they instructed me to call the customer number, but the reason why I showed up was because the customer number agents are not answering promptly. This is an infinite loop with chase

The bank manager and tellers lied to me about having funds on hand to cash a verified cashiers check just because I didn’t have an account there. Don’t go to this bank. They lie.
