“Trevor was awesome and may have saved a USBank customer from leaving today!!! He stayed after hours to help me resolve an issue I’ve been spending weeks trying to resolve. He was kind and patient, and never once mentioned the time or the inconvenience I’m sure it was that I walked in right before closing.
