I've been going to this particular Check City location for some time now and I must say they always provide me with great customer service! They were able to cash checks for me even my own bank wouldnt cash all at once. My bank then suggested Bank of America but due to their nonsense policy about my ID they weren't able to cash it either even though the check was issued by a Bank of America. Go figure. And that's how I ended up at Check City. Now I go there all the time to cash my checks. The employees there are always friendly and very understanding. I recommend them to anyone who needs a place to go to cash their checks. 🤌💯

Tonight we came in I was having a hard time with a check and Edna was absolutely amazing. We had tried everywhere for a simple maiden name and no one would help me. I took one last leap of faith before having to go sit at an office for 5 hours to fix the situation Edna gave me my options I was able to gather what I needed and we were able to cash the check. Girlie I can’t thank you enough for being such a kind caring and helpful human being it’s nice to see there’s still kind people in this world. 5 star a thousand times over to Edna.

I came 5 minutes before they closed, and I was waiting where they were serving another customer, the girl didn't say anything to me when I came in, I was waiting 10 minutes, and then she told me, I don't know if you knew that we closed at 7, at I answered, yes, a few minutes before they closed, and she told me, I'm sorry but we closed at 7, and I'm still going to take a while with the client, I'm not usually used to doing this thing of putting bad reviews but the girl really She seemed disinterested in me as a client... I guess she had a bad day or she already wanted to go home before her departure time...

Well, the people are kind and in my case I had already paid my loan and yet they lifted my car and damaged it. Those people who send the cars to be lifted have no experience. They arrive and lift it and if the car is rear-wheel drive they drag it, damaging them. the transmission and they hit them on the sides for the reason that they don't pay attention to whether the vehicle is going straight or going sideways, be careful with these people because they don't know the situation because what the family is going through if you couldn't make the payment x disease You were left without a job or personal problems and they don't care. I had a bad experience with these people. Be careful.
