Cannot possibly say enough good things. I’m visiting from out of state, and blew a tire on the freeway. It took HOURS to get everything back to rights, but the easiest part was definitely dealing with Costco tire.
Did you know your tires are covered for 5 years for road hazards? (Like running over dropped car parts at 70 mph?) I did not!
First, Patty (supervisor) was a delight. She was so patient and had a fantastic sense of humor. I had some unique circumstances that were tough to solve, so she called over Nick to brainstorm.
Nick went ABOVE and beyond to help get me back on the road. He is extremely easy to talk to and was able to give me advice about every step of the process (including suggesting a nearby auto shop for checking my alignment after the accident, where I would have a Costco discount. I didn’t even know that was a thing!)
Really hope Nick and Patty see this, and that management takes notice. You got some good people working for you!
Five stars, stellar service. These two made a really crummy day into something much closer to pleasant.

Everyone at Costco works hard and does all they can to accommodate members. The tire center work is much more difficult. All businesses in America are focused only on profit after our government sold our Country down the river to hostile nations that had nothing as we lifted them up and now they rob our Country with liberals in bed with them. Costco and the tire center still provide customer service. Rate today! We appreciate Costco and the Tire support from Stephen. Buy all tires there. Better customer service after they sell the tires to you. Again, Rare! Buy from Costco for everything. They even have hearing aids and eyeglasses. Explore all that Costco can do. You will not be disappointed. Love you Costco! Please don’t dump us into self checkout! Thanks to all from Pharmacy, Stivers, cashiers, admin folks and Stephen in the Sandy tire center. Please keep doing business in the way America used to value customers.

Andrew and costco tires saved the day! After most tire shops closed Costco tires was the only place I could find open to complete my tire needs and keep me on schedule. Andrew even took care of me when normally it’s not the sort of work they taken on. Thanks Andrew! Doesn’t it feel so good to say “yes”?

They created a system where they check your ID before you use the self checkout. They check your card to go in, and check it again at the self checkout. I pay to shop there and get harassed at the checkout. Costco has gone downhill.

I don’t know what is wrong with this costco tire shop but it’s the worst one i’ve ever been to. The employee this morning, was incredibly rude and put off by us, we didn’t even want their help we went to south jordan where they were 10x nicer and happy to help.

Organizational mess. They had a huge line (even though the signs said to form two, they didn't direct anybody in any helpful way so people looking to buy tires were all in the pick up/drop off line) and they kept calling people to the front at random. I picked up well enough after my "ready" message to expect my car and paperwork to actually be ready, but my car still had plastic covers all over evening, and they had to reprint my paperwork cause they'd lost it in my car and didn't have it at the desk. I stood in line for over a half hour just to get my keys back on a prepaid service, and I'm pretty sure the guy who eventually helped me didn't even work in the tire center. Had to book out over two weeks for this appointment just to be treated like an after thought.

terrible service. . I tried to return a blanket that I bought less than 24 hours ago on 11/10 around 3:15pm. it was the wrong color. I wanted it back on a Costco gift card/shop card so I could go back in and purchase the blanket in the correct color. the lady told me that it has to go back to my debit card because of their "new system". I asked her when this new system was implemented because I did this last week for another item and was given a credit on a shop card because it's more convenient when I'm going shopping there and don't have to wait 5-10 business days. She told me they got the new system a couple months ago. I called the South Jordan location to verify and they were completely shocked what I was told. The lady I interact with at the Sandy location was rude, uninformed, and probably needs training as she seemed like a Walmart employee not Costco. Please give that woman more training so she understands policies correctly. Props to South Jordan for fixing Sandy's mistake.

Hard Pass. Just don’t. Staff is grumpy and majorly messed up my account info with someone else.In addition, I thought the prices were the best deal until I recently bought two more new tires at the dealership and saved a good chunk of cash.

The store is great as well as the store staff and checkers. However, the pharmacy staff are the biggest bunch of jerks I have ever encountered. They are rude, condescending and just surly. Love the store, hate the pharmacy.

Amazing service! We came in with a low tire at the end of the day and one of the technicians volunteered to look at it for us.
