Pharmacist insists he knows more that any patient and chooses to argue with customers rather than listen to them and work through issues. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

This review is specifically about the minute clinic inside of the CVS in Sandy off 700 E. I scheduled for a service which they offer. At the appointment I was informed they were not able to complete my service due to company policy. This is fine, I understand company policy and respect it. What I do not appreciate is the complete unprofessional attitude and downright judgmental rudeness of the provider. She literally belittled me and called me a fool. This was completely uncalled for, as I did not protest to their policy, or ask them to make any exception. She just felt it within her to let me know that I was mismanaging my health and that , she knew better than me. 100% uncalled for.

Unfortunately the service at this CVS pharmacy has significantly declined. They appear to be very understaffed now. The drive thru is closed, the pharmacy is no longer open weekends. They have signs at the register that prescriptions will take 10 days to fill!I went to Urgent Care first thing this morning and they sent my prescriptions through electronically at 10am. I knew they would need a little time, so I went to pick them up at 2:15pm, they told me they will try to get them filled by the end of the day or tomorrow. I am desperately trying to see if I can get my prescriptions filled anywhere else.

My husband send his prescription here after his dental appt at 1245pm. We came around 3ish at first and told it was not ready. We went back at 5 and said was delayed. I called 2more pharmacy nearby and because it narcotics cannot be transfered unless from the dr ofc. So here Iam calling like 15min before closing to get the meds. They said that theyre are closing. That I can get it first thing in the morning.. I said what its been allday that we are waiting. Why they cannot update the txt msg so we can come early. Anyway 5 people working inside but said they were short staff. How many hours they need to fill a prescription? This is not a place to go if you need your meds right away. Also this is the last time we were fill our meds here. The worst pharmacy experience by far.

Worst customer service ever! Not friendly at all! Will lie to your face and not even care! They never have my diabetic medication in stock.

They've been my go to since 2011. After several attempts to reach them by phone for my diabetic supply refill ( which my Dr called in 2 weeks ago), and drove through the drive up window several times with a sign in the window stating NO STAFF, PLEASE COME INSIDE - I did. long line. I watched as the staff let the phone ring only to pick the receiver up and quickly hang it up. Not acceptable at all. We are getting medical supplies and not ordering pizza. I'll be changing pharmacies and only hope this isn't the norm these days. I can see they are stressed. It's sad.

Worst service I have ever experienced! The pharmacist came late, did not open on time. There were about 20 people waiting. He said he needed some time to get his computer up and running. The complaint is that they do not have prescriptions ready, maybe if they opened on time they could have prescriptions ready on time. I called in a prescription one week ahead of time. Prescription was not ready. They said they were a week behind on their prescriptions. However, I did call it in one week prior. They said come back in about 30 minutes and it still was not ready. No apology or concern for the customer. The head pharmacist was incredibly rude. Never experienced anything like it. I see their reviews are very bad so everybody seems to be experiencing the same bad service. I would recommend not using CVS pharmacies or their stores for anything.

CVS needs to update online inventory. I went for two things that showed they were in stock. When I got to the store both items were NOT in stock. Very disappointing.

I drove up to the drive through at an appointed time. I sat there at the window for about 7 mins before anyone said hello. When the representative opened the window her body language and facial features said " What the hell do you want?", while asking "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a Covid/Flu test. She asked snarly, "Do you have an appointment?" I said I did. She closed the window and didn't come back for another ten minutes. I thought I saw her peak around the corner to see if I was still there. It was comical even though I was feeling like crap. You really just want someone who gives a #@&! when you're feeling like that. Anyway it's been over 24 hours now and I still don't have the results and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone at the location. I will be heading to Walgreens this afternoon to see how I fair there.

This drive-thru pharmacy has the worst customer of all time. Every time a female pharmacist comes to the window, they seem highly put out as of its not their job to help you. The male pharmacist is always nice and helpful. If you hate your job, find a new one.

My experience has always been good with the pharmacists at this location! They are consistently kind and are prompt with fulfilling my order. I’ve been to a few different pharmacies over the years and this is my preferred location. I also love that I can place orders through the CVS app and have it delivered to my house. The only thing that I don’t love is that I can’t pull through the drive through to get my prescription anymore (due to Covid testing being administered there). But it’s a minor inconvenience.

Apparently professionalism is not required of the pharmacy technicians at this pharmacy. I have a prescription that requires syringes at another pharmacy chain further away and while running errands, figuring it would be no problem stopping at CVS as many chains do not require a prescription any longer. As soon as I stated what I needed, the pharmacy tech’s demeanor completely changed and she went into interrogation mode. Answering her questions satisfactorily (I think), she says the F word under her breath as she turned on her heels consult with the pharmacist in a huff. I left without an explanation of their policy and firmly rooted in my decision to never step into a CVS again.Thank you for treating me like an addict, and just being generally unpleasant.
