hella biast lolll last time my friend could pay with $100.and they said it's fine but when i came in another day i couldn't...he didn't even check the $100 it's giving they pick what customers to care about by their identity..

I went to get my refill on my Rx and although I had a refill remaining, they would not fill it until they heard from my provider. The pharmacist was conceited and was no help at all. I went back when I was alerted and the gate came down and announced that they were closed for lunch. Not to mention that they filled a prescription in the past with the wrong medicine. No apology or anything. I would suggest going anywhere else if possible.

The pharmacist, Paul Wang is incredibly rude. I call in to check the status of my rx and they are out of my rx AGAIN. I ask if they've looked for other vendors because the are out a lot and it affects my work. He starts screaming at me saying I'm blaming him directly, when I frustrated and I'm looking to see if there's light at the end of the tunnel. Side note, screaming through the phone \\\"ask anyone, my customer service is great!\\\" means it's definitely NOT. Good customer service speaks for itself. This store, especially, this pharmacist, has completely lost the plot.

Super friendly and helpful employees, the pharmacy is super fast and has excellent communication with my Dr and myself. I love how clean and welcoming the store is.

I had just found out my regular pharmacy is no longer in network with my insurance and needed to find another pharmacy. CVS for the win! Getting my information transferred was super easy and painless.

I've never been treated more rudely by a pharmacist in my life. I will never set foot in another CVS if I can help it. Poor service. Rude people. Dirty store.

Pharmacy staff is always friendly, \\u0026 knowledgeable. Medication is filled in a timely manner, if not in stock that day, it’s usually in a day or two. I haven’t had any problems with prescriptions. They’ve actually gone over \\u0026 beyond to get one of my script filled. The store it self is clean \\u0026 well lit.

I think CVS is a wonderful pharmacy/store. I have been happy w/ their service from the store/ pharmacy. The prob I have is with the Store/pharmacy's audio recording. I wish corporate would call it! They need to experience their lack of customer service! All locations are the same.The recording takes you around and around in circles, it is very sound sensitive. Also, it's mainly for refills or COVID. If you want to check the hrs of the store, since hrs on Google are wrong, or have a question for the Pharm, good luck! Many companies have implemented these recordings since Covid, they now need to change it back to an easy recording, and go back to actual customer service. I usually call twice a month. I may have a question on a presc for a family member, or interaction of med, by the time I actually speak to a person, I'm very angry! Almost to the point of switching pharmacies......The recording takes 7-10 min. It usually disconnects you at least twice! Corporate Cvs doesn't seem to understand or care! I've called 3 times, asked them to simplify the recording! I've said many of us have diff questions other than the 2 questions/ options this horrible recording asks? You have to talk to your customers sometimes...Even the employees of the stores despise their stores recording. They have a difficult time too! Their comment, was to "call corporate and complain otherwise nothing will be done." Still nothing has been done...Nothing will be done unless we complain! They forget there are older people, people with disabilities, anybody...The corporate managers need to call it them selves to experience what they are putting us through...They want our service they want our money, but nobody understands what customer service is anymore! If you have experienced this, please call corporate and complain!

LONGEST PHARMACY LINES EVER. The workers all look like they're sleeping, no smiles, nothing. Complete zombies. Everyone looks asleep. And the LINES ARE SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO long and slow.... I'm not sure why they send you RX notifications and say prescriptions are ready if you'll have to come wait 45 mins for one things.... HUGE INCONVENIENCE And esp with a baby in the car.

Shoutout to Daniel for helping me with nasal sprays and decongestants! He Was prompt, welcoming, and informative. Definitely my favorite local 'all-needs' store!
