Staff is extremely unprofessional. The closed during lunch is extremely unprofessional. And finally I can't tell you how many times they have forgotten to mix my child's amoxocilin prescription before giving it to me. If you don't have to go here then don't. Just stay away from cvs entirely.

CVS seems to be more in-tune with the average customer's needs and wants, and has staff members that apparently work well together and add value by being cooperative, helpful, and knowledgeable. Some of the competitors could take a lesson.

It’s closed often for lunches or short staffing. They say your prescription is ready for pick up and then you still have to wait for them to fill it, the drive through is often closed so I can’t pick up my prescription (I cannot bring my child in the store), they are out of stock sometimes so you have to go through withdrawals while you wait.

I used to be a Walgreens girl all the way for all my prescriptions and things like that. I recently moved to Sandy and the closest pharmacy is CVS pharmacy!
Only thing confusing about this whole deal is that there are two locations of CVS pharmacy’s on 700 east.
They are both on different parts of Sandy city, so depending you may get turned around or confused and could have your doctor accidentally pick the location that isn’t closest to your house like I did. Just check them on the map and you should be good.

I honestly cannot describe a more incompetent pharmacy to deal with. Its very much like they WANT you to have a bad experience like the main goal is disservice and the intention is real. I don’t understand it.

absolute worst pharmacy!! I waited for over an hour for them to figure out and fill my prescription. Ive been at the vet all day prior and my dog is in critical condition waiting in the car. They knew this and continued to take their sweet time and make jokes along the way. Very incompetent people and I am transferring all of my future prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Rude and not helpful negative 5 stars!!!

Never ever have I been treated so poorly by a pharmacist . I’ve been working out kinks with my new insurance and they’ve been patient with that but the tone I receive every time from this one lady who answers the phone when I’ve tried to be as kind and understanding as possible. I will solely be transferring pharmacies because in no way does any customer deserve to be talked down to and treated so poorly when the customer has been nothing but polite and patient towards you.

Rude and clueless people at this pharmacy. Tried getting a prescription refilled with a coupon code and I couldn't get it to work and they refused to call the help desk for pharmacists. This actually happened twice in a row where the pharmacist absolutely refused to call the pharmacy help number to get the pharmacy coupon code to work. They are clearly too lazy and don't deserve my business! Have to tell them how to do their own job! Switching to a pharmacy where they care about customer service.

I could forgive taking a long time and having technical difficulties. Yes this pharmacy does always take a long time, but that's not the worst. The thing that's frustrating is the inconsistency of staff. When I say "hey I'm about to be late for work this is taking so long" and I get brushed off with no care at all, thats frustrating. A pharmacist in training, well evidently you need more training if that's how you treat people who are starting to get upset with waiting for almost a half hour before getting service.

Was told they would have the product at their store. When we went to the store, the rude lady said they didn't have the product. She then took a paper that was printed off for us and threw it in the trash. Saying that was printed off by them and belonged to them. My mother wanted it back, and she said no, threatening to call the police.

This pharmacy location has been struggling for months now for reasons I’m not too sure of and are more than likely out of their control. I’ve been patient and understanding through out it but this evening a whole new team seem to be working and I had the most refreshing experience. The women working were so kind to me, my prescription was ready and on top of that they were all respectful to EACH OTHER and working hard but so effortlessly. Just want to thank them for such a pleasant experience after dreading going in for so long.
