I was walking to the pharmacy from the front and I was about 15 feet away when the pharmacy lady yells “WE ARE CLOSED!!” at me. There were two other people in line too. I hear the man in line, with two small children, say “I just need to get my wife’s medicine please.” And the lady who yelled at me rolls her yes and starts closing the gate on him. I go to ask when they’ll be open again and she interrupts me saying “WE ARE CLLLLLOOOOSSSSEEEDD”. I asked her why she’s being so rude and she said “I’m not being rude” and I asked when they’d be open again a dent he lady yelled “2PM!” And I said she needs to not be so rude we are just people trying to get our medicine. And she yelled “BYYYYYE!!!” at me. I’ve never had such an awful interaction. I am usually a very timid and non confrontational person but this lady was just horrible. She had the worst attitude and was yelling at me from across the store. The poor man that was in line had these two little kids no older than 4 with him and he seemed so tired and he just wanted to get his wife her medicine. I felt so horrible for him. I get that they were trying to go on lunch but they didn’t have to be rude about it and yell and their customers. They should have handled it so much better and been kind. I am looking into take my business elsewhere and finding a new pharmacy. I’ve always had good luck with Walgreens and luckily there is one not too far from this CVS.

This location used to be great. But they closed down their prescription drive through and it’s not nearly as convenient. The line at the pharmacy tends to run long as well.

Constantly the worst pharmacy ever. Today I dropped my scripts off at 10:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m. decided to go try and pick them up but I decided to call ahead. The the phone messaging says to use the website. The website says I have no scripts on file. So I picked up the phone, sat on hold for 15 minutes only to not get the phone call answered. Drove to the pharmacy, the actual pharmacist attended to me. She said she does not see any scripts for me, I replied they were handed directly to you this morning. She goes back to her desks find some sitting on her desk undressed all day and says oh I'll expedite now, they'll be ready in 15 minutes. Have they have answered the phone I would not have had to waste my time sitting on hold or driving to the location to find out my scripts have not been addressed all day.CVS please find competent staff

Said in a text that my prescription would be ready at 12:30, arrived at 2:30 and told it would be another half hour. When I inquired why, that I received a text saying it would be ready by 12:30 their answer was that those aren’t accurate. Why send a text then. The personal are very rude. I’m getting my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy and not another cvs. Not the first time I’ve had issues with them but it’s my last.

This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever visited. They lost my prescription twice!!! They don't have a drive thru window. They can't ever find anything and be prepared to wait for an hour to get your prescription if you're lucky they actually filled it.

The staff is kind and they are doing everything they can to provide customer service. I’ve only ever seen 2 employees here not including the pharmacist and those two employees are answering phones and running around to help everyone and I’m sure they are doing it for a less than livable wage. This is extremely unacceptable and a quick google search will show you that the CEO is worth 53 million dollars. Big corporations are what’s wrong with America and this place is an absolute joke. Shame on you CVS and Karen S Lynch, you should feel embarrassed to gaslight your employees.

Legitimately as bad as other reviewers have said - here’s my experienceThe drive through is “closed”, and they’re closed on weekends, this is kind of weird, must be a one off.I drive by today and it’s still closed, so I walk in. I wait in line for 20 minutes (I have to come in during a lunch break because the hours are 10-8), the lady at the counter is wearing yoga pants and a monster energy hoodie. Classy.I wait another 5 minutes while she’s doing something to kill time. I give her my information, she looks around for another 5 minutes. She comes back and tells me my prescription isn’t available to be picked up until next month. Did i really mess up?I call my doctor’s office and explain, they tell me that no, they sent the prescription in for this month, try them again. Another 15 minutes killed.I walk back in around 1:15, they’re locked up like they’re closing for the day, I leave empty handed.Utterly incompetent, it has to be seen to be believed. They’d have to pay me to come back.Change your pharmacy immediately from here, it’s not worth it ?

The pharmacy at this location is not so good. Drive thru is always closed. Hours are ridiculous. A pharmacy should not be closed on Saturday night at 6 pm or weekday mornings until 10 am.

If I could give a review with zero stars, I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the pharmacy. Waiting on hold for over an hour, with no communication, is unacceptable. Even during peak hours, such as 4-6 pm, this level of service is unacceptable. I would like to express my disappointment and warn others to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This is a terrible service, and I demand better treatment as a customer.

This is the worse CVS pharmacy ever! People work at this pharmacy are very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I'll be moving all of my prescriptions somewhere else. This place is such a joke!

I really don’t understand the love affair people have with cvs and Walgreens to fill their prescriptions. There were 22 people in line for the pharmacy and all of them angry. Why not transfer your prescriptions to a local pharmacy such as Macey’s just up the street?? Prior to stopping by CVS for nail polish I just walked into Macey’s pharmacy and picked up my meds and got a flu shot in less than 15 minutes. I don’t get it, make your life easy.

My review is just like all these others generously giving the pharmacy 1☆.I'll be moving all of our prescriptions somewhere else. I'm beyond done!Has anyone else been as foolish as I and waited 5 weeks for a prescription to be filled? No? Well, I decided to try it again and have waited more than a month, so far, this time. I may be foolish, but I'm not stupid. It's time to move on...
