This is my local pharmacy and I’ve been going here for years. They recently changed pharmacists and it is now a joke. I sat in the drive through line for an HOUR with only two people in front of me and watched them consistently take people waiting inside but not help anyone in the drive through line.

First off, I have been coming to CVS for years. I have moved and still drive to this CVS because I like them. I don’t know what is going on with them lately but it’s awful. I called with 2 different phones today. The 1st phone I was on hold for 67 minutes!!! The other phone I was holding for 43 minutes! SERIOUSLY!!! That is beyond ridiculous. I wish I could do my prescription on line but unfortunately with my prescription I HAVE to call in and speak to the pharmacy every month. I except to be on hold for a while (I usually am) but 67 minutes!!! That is absolutely absurd!

The pharmacy will not answer the phone. I've called them frequently over the past couple of months at various times of day and usually give up after being on hold for half an hour. If they're actually that busy, they need to hire more people so that they can do their basic functions as a pharmacy or need to realign their priorities.

By far THE BEST clinic I have ever been too. Everyone who works there helps you get in and out fast and they are very attentive to people’s various medical needs.

My wife had to call the CVS pharmacy in Sandy 90th South. She was on the phone waiting for more than one hour. She decided to go in person and when she got there she told one of the pharmacists politely that she had to wait for more than one hour on the phone. The response she got was: "We are only 2 here" No apologies were offered. Very bad customer service.

The staff is somewhat slothful and dealing with customers and communicating with customers. When I have brought this to the attention, they’ve told me just to take my business somewhere else. This has happened three times I will probably start that process. I have a lot of prescriptions with CVS so it’ll take me some time. CVS will also be losing quite a bit of money.

This CVS is great. The staff are always nice and helpful, the store is clean. The pharmacy ain't great with sour staff but really it's no worse than most pharmacies. Store is very nice otherwise we like going shopping there. The manager is very nice too.

AWFUL!!! My son is a type 1 diabetic and they are always out of insulin. NEVER answer their phones either. I tested it out after my third time on hold one day and drove to the store. Not a single car in line and no customers inside…still on hold when I pulled up to the window. When I asked if they just weren’t answering their phones I was told they are super busy! Lol…really?? Don’t even get me started on the time they told my son he couldn’t refill his insulin for 6 MONTHS!!! 0/10…WOULD NOT RECOMMEND…will not be using them again #finalstraw

Pharmacy has no customer service, no one ever answers the phone, half the time their system doesn't receive prescription requests from physicians, and today they opened 45 minutes late. Don't go here if you can help it.

ZERO STARS if possible!! Worst CVS pharmacy ever!! Blamed me, for him not knowing where to look for my script. Then admitted to not checking something. There was also a lady inside that was given TWO of the completely wrong scripts. Im not sure but I think it's illegal to give Adderall to the wrong person ?ALWAYS have terrible experience with any CVS. Specifically the pharmacy, they have no clue what they're doing and get too stressed about it.

This is a rotten store. I waste so much time trying to deal with them. 4 hrs on a day I had to leave town to try and see my father before he passed. He passed while I was an hour away. Been on hold 50 min today. If only my insurance would dump CVS

Terrible customer service,they are not able to refill or transfer or call the doctor to refill a prescription in timely manner, when I finally got my refill after the 4 th attempt the girl at the counter was talking so quietly with the mask on that I had to ask her 3 times what she was saying then the other guy came up and said that I treated her bad, seriously, aren't you supposed to speak up loud enough especially if u have a mask on so customer can hear you instead of accusing me treating you wrong
