I cannot sufficiently express my appreciation for Samantha T. who works at this State Farm location. I was acquainted with Samantha when she worked for State Farm in my home state. This week I came to Utah needing insurance assistance quickly. She created a policy for me within a few hours that was exactly what I needed. I was treated with respect AND I saved money! Thank you Samantha!

Samantha is Flippin AWESOME… When contacted, she was extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming. It was refreshing, compared to other experiences I’ve had when discussing the future. She educated me on ALL the reasons why Life Insurance is absolutely Essential.
Unfortunately, even in death you still have to pay to leave this world.
She greatly helped when discussing the next steps with my aunt in Utah.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the communication since we joined State Farm. Last year we filed a claim on our roof. The agent doing the claim was impossible to get a hold of and very frustrating to work with. Our own agent (Daniel Kroll) originally seemed to be the helpful sort but has proved just as incompetent and frustrating to communicate with. We are planning on switching insurance companies. We have been disappointed with SF and wish we could have gotten Jake from State Farm.
Update: 06/21/24
As stated above, Daniel was excellent in communicating until he wasn’t not. Apart from our phone call today, where he claimed that we were in contact and responded to my multiple attempts to get ahold of him, I have not heard from him or his office since March 12th, when he requested information from our roofers. Three email attempts and a phone call to find out where we stood with our claim and I got no reply. I was not looking for Daniel to magic our claim into anything it wasn’t. I simply wanted to know what was going on.
If you want an agent that will actually respond back, with favorable or unfavorable updates and information, look elsewhere.

Good luck getting them to email or text you back in a timely matter. It took two weeks for them to get back to me about my rate going up 100 bucks a month in a year. But they were fast getting back to me when I canceled my insurance. Progressive was much cheaper for same coverage.

State Farm immediately started canceling my policy when they asked for some more info (wife's DL). I didn't know about this a for a few days and once I received a call I gave them what I could and told them I could get the rest of the info once my wife returns from a family trip in a few days. I also got an email the day she came back, from Kristine Murphy, and immediately gave them all the info they needed, I was even complimented on how quick I replied. Then, a few weeks later I received a check in the mail and a cancelation. I called Mr. Kroll and he insisted that I am certainly insured and all is well and he will get me my ID cards. Flash forward a couple weeks, no policy info, no ID cards, so I went online and it seems I do not have one of the 2 policies I paid for. Daniel Kroll DID NOT fix the issue, Daniel Kroll did not do his job and Daniel Kroll flat-out lied to me! I DO NOT have a policy on one of my trucks AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK, IN FULL!!!
