Last week, Isaak went above and beyond to help me. When he first helped me out it was over the phone, and he spent several minutes problem solving with me and helping me figure out the best option to get new tires set up on my car (which is amazing considering how busy they get and often can't give customers over the phone as much attention as customers in the store). Then when I came into the store, Isaak helped me again get everything I needed ordered and even suggested a way to place the order so that the tires didn't get set aside and forgotten about, but instead would prioritize giving me a call when they arrived. They installed them without an appointment the day they arrived within an hour! I really appreciate Isaak's professionalism, patience, and kindness and will definitely continue to visit this location!

On Saturday 6/21/25 approximately 2:00pm received the worse service ever at this location. The technician at the desk refused to validate my warranty on my front tires saying they were still good when they wasn't. Had us waiting for almost 4hrs. For one tire then later trun out to be two tires. Then waited 30 more mins, putting other customers head of us.
Didn't receive quality service. No tire rotation. No tire sensor check. I asked them clearly. To do this
Nothing was done. You all are 🔥🔥🔥 FIRED.

I really like discount tire, I feel like they have great prices and services on tires. I don’t know if it’s just this location but I do not understand why they have an appointment system and don’t touch your vehicle for over 30 minutes after your appointment time for a service that should take 10 minutes (switching out winter tires).

I took my truck in today after I found a very large screw in my tire. Robert was very nice, helpful and set the right expectation on how long it would take and there may be a chance of a leak later due to the size of the screw. He made sure I knew to bring it back in case it leaked again. I’ve taken all of the vehicles I’ve owned over the years to Discount and I have to say Robert was the nicest and most helpful out of anyone I’ve dealt with in the past. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Brandon helped me out with some locking lug nuts on my car that we lost the key for. Absolutely outstanding service. He fixed the problem and had me on my way in 15 mins. Incredible employee, thank you Brandon.

They lost my security lug nut key to remove my tires last winter, and wouldn't acknowlege it. I have never touched the key and I have always left it where it belongs in the trunk. They where the last to interact with it when they put my winter tires on.. on top of which it used to be a complimentary task to swap seasonal tires when you purchased both sets of tires from Discount Tires. Now it costs $100 if you don't also purchase an additional set of rims from Discount tires. I see no reason to ever go back other than for the free air pressure checks when im in a hurry.

Excellent customer service and fast service. We bought our tires on Tire Rack and had them delivered to this store. We had an appointment at 8:30am and the car was ready just after 9am. Thank you!

All I was doing was checking my tire pressure. The person checking was incredibly thorough and went as far as checking my tread and for any damage to my tires. They even emailed me all the information from the visit for my files. I’ve never had someone be so professional and explain everything they’re doing. Wonderful customer service!! Give him a raise. (For reference, I came in the morning of 6/11/24 so you know who it was, I didn’t catch their name).

These guys are Champs! My Monday morning started with a flat tire due to a screwdriver bit in it. They took me right in, patched the tire, rotated them for me, and sent me on my way in no time!!

Fast, courteous, and professional! I've come to this location several times to swap out summer/winter tires, and also purchased a set of tires from them. In each case, they completed the work faster than estimated, and were not pushy about up-selling services. Highly recommended!

Had an appointment for a tire service and they did not get my vehicle in the bay until an hour after my original scheduled time. Poor management of workflow and a 45 minute eta ended up being 1.5 hours. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
