Absolutely love the staff here. They've been the most helpful and understanding. They made it easy for me to get what I needed and helped every step of the way. I also love that Lily did a walk around with me with both cars I rented from them. She was awesome and I was very fortunate to work with her.

I rent from Enterprise in Sandy on 700 E. They are the best. I have always been treated with respect. I get what I pay for. The cars are cared for. See you next time.

I’m really dissatisfied with the experience at this rental agency.First, they had me wait 1 hour before being picked up even though I had previously confirmed my appointment time through my insurance.Second, they gave me an SUV when I drive a dodge charger which is a sedan, not comparable in size at all. I don’t want to be liable for the cost in gas that an SUV requires, nor do I need 3 row vehicle.Thirdly, the SUV came with a bucketload of scratches down the back fenders, near the driver/passenger door handles, came with only half a tank of gas and faulty windshield wipers. Which considering it’s been snowing heavily, are quite necessary.I asked for a smaller vehicle and was told nothing was available and when I reported the faulty wipers, they just told me to take it to Big O Tires to get it fixed. That should not be the customer’s responsibility.Not a great experience at all.

Updating my 1⭐️ review to a 3 ⭐️I contacted the customer service department & they were very helpful. I returned that car & picked up a different one that’s in much better condition & EVEN had a full tank of gas. The rep was much nicer today as well.I work In customer service so I understand how important it is to have satisfied buyers. I also understand that people have bad days. I wish I could give 5 starts off my experience today but unfortunately this weeks experience has tainted my experience.Thank you for making it right! 3rd times a charm, right!I have a rental due to my car being in the shop. When they called to confirm my reservation I requested a full size sedan & CarPlay. I received a Nissan kick, definitely not large enough for car seats & a kid. Super compact. I also drive a ton for work & absolutely need a car with navigation. I called and was told nothing else was available. The next day I received a text & when I replied with my frustration they said I could come in on Thursday to exchange it. When I arrived today the girl wasn’t very friendly at all & had zero notes that I was going to be coming in to exchange.She pulled the Camry around & proceeded to tell me that they were aware of several damages on the exterior of the car. ( this car is beat up bad)I got in the car & was hit by an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I went back inside & told her & her response was she couldn’t smell it. Well, I can!! She offered to exchange it but I was already 30 minutes late to my 2:00 appointment & said no it’s fine.I went to pick up my daughter from cheer practice tonight & turned on the wipers & guess what?! The left blade is stripped! Completely unacceptable! I drive at least 150 miles a day for work. Now I have to figure out what I’m going to drive tomorrow since it’s supposed to be snowing. Oh & I couldn’t even pull in my driveway because the tires have very little traction on them so they spin out on the ice. This car has 55,000 miles on it too. Very unusual for a rental.I’ve had rentals 3 times over the past few years & I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience.I did send a text this evening letting them know. Hopefully my car is done by Tuesday. It’s stressful enough having a rental car but having one that makes my kids & I physically sick & we do not feel safe driving is a whole different level.I honestly don’t know how you can even rent this car out. Oh & last thing the interior is dirty. Chocolate on the front seats & dirty seatbelts. ( which I cleaned off )

Had to get a rental due to a car wreck. Lilly at this location was amazing. She came and picked me up at the repair store and took to get my rental. She was amazing.

I want to say thank you to Korsica, I really appreciate the remarkable customer service. Your attention to the details and your professional demeanor were so refreshing. As so many have experience in the last two years, there have been so many challenges and frustrations in the travel environment. We find our selves learning to live with it.Thankfully that was not my experience with Korsicaa, the entire rental process was resolved and completely taken care of prior to my appointment. I showed up and 5 minutes later I left in the correct vehicle. What started out with problems with no fault of her own, she resolved flawlessly.

The same day we flew into Utah after relocating from Hawaii, we really needed a car for a few days to get ourselves situated. The staff at this Enterprise Branch were so friendly, helpful and gave quick service that we were in and out in no time. We picked it up on Friday and supposed to return it on Sunday but we needed to extend it for one more day. Unfortunately, they’re closed on Sundays but there was a number on our reservation that we called to ask for an extension and they took care of it in a couple minutes with no problem and no questions asked. When we took it back the next day, Monday, the Branch Manager Jeremy Chaves was awesome and quickly handled our return. I highly recommend this Enterprise to everyone who needs quick and excellent service for a rental car!

My wife and I just moved from Hawaii and needed a car for a couple of days. The Staff was so helpful from start to finish. Great customer service and just all around kindness. I hope anyone reading this from Hawaii is paying attention, these guys are excellent. The manager is awesome as well, his name is Jeremy Chaves, he also can speak Spanish. I wish there was a button for 10 Stars that I could press. Every staff member that helped us is amazing. ?
