We spent a nice three hours with Michelle today! She went above and beyond to help us figure out what exactly we wanted, suggested what changes would make our space more enjoyable and really helped us pick out furniture for our dining room and two bedrooms. Michelle greeted us and we immediately went into what we are looking for and left with ideas for three rooms in our home. She was patient to hear our ideas, personable and provided expert insights that made all of our ideas even better. We left very happy with the money we spent for three rooms.Going in the store was a more catered experience versus the convenience of online, in this case it was so much more of a fun experience being in the store, seeing the options and customizing it further with design options only available with a designer like Michelle.We had expert help, laughed a lot and an all-around good time!Pictures are chair options we loved, and customized the colors, fabric and design.100% recommend going in store and working with Michelle!Thank you!

We really like Ethan Allen. We furnished our home with several pieces 15 years ago and they are still stylish and in great condition. Very happy to be able to add a few more pieces recently as well. If looking for quality and something that you won't see in every other home, I recommend visiting Ethan Allen. You work hard for your money, invest in quality, customized furnishings that will stand the test of time.

Worked with Ethan Allen for several pieces in our home. They have beautiful furniture and good in home help for their customers. We had an issue with one piece of furniture that took a year to resolve, I had to keep following up on it as no one was keeping track of it on their end. Once it got to the right person it was resolved professionally and quickly.

After 2.5 yrs of dealing with Ethan allen this is what I've put up with.... The first sofa was made in the wrong fabric as the sofa fabric was used on the chairs which were also the wrong style There was not enough fabric to make a new sofa so I had to reselect. the trim was out of stock for the pillows but I was told they could get the trim from another vendor. Nope!!! I have pillows with no trim I later ordered another ottoman knowing the dye lot would be different which was fine, my mistake for not ordering 2 at the same time. The 2 nd ottoman arrived looking nothing like the first ottoman so I returned it. Then I was told that the first ottoman was ACTUALLY defective and they needed to make another ottoman This would leave me with 2 ottomans with mismatched dye lots and mismatched style!!!!!!! I was refunded most of my money but had to pay $300 for the shipping of the wrong styled ottoman. Never go here unless you have unlimited patience. No one takes responsibility !!!!!!!

4 stars only, here’s why: Ethan Allen furniture is gorgeous! We recently received two sofas and eight dining chairs; EA deserves highest marks for design, materials, craftsmanship. And the delivery teams were great! The in-store designers are friendly.BUT the in store ordering, processes and delays should be improved and were unnecessarily frustrating. My husband absolutely loves the furniture, has said it is “exactly what I wanted!” but has also mentioned he won’t go back to EA. My advice - buy EA furniture, just be very clear about what you will be getting, expect a little confusion, and really pad your expectations for receive date. I will order EA again but will also continue shopping from RH and others.

We have been looking for a dining room table. Ghee and Stephanie measured 2 rooms for our planning. Although we didn't get the dining room, we did purchase the Conway couch and chaise with Bolton Walnut Top Table.They provided a 3D model of how the furniture would look in our rooms. Having that information helped us move forward on our loft - the furniture is excellent quality. The kind you can use for 20 years, move a few times and still look 1st class.We will be going back when we start looking at updating more rooms. Thank you!

Warning. DO NOT BUY!I purchased a leather sectional early 2020. Within a month of it arriving, one of the cushions began peeling. Due to COVID no one responded until 2021. I was then told they don’t repair and to send pictures to corporate. They never responded. After two years of trying we finally got an employee at the store to respond and say it would be replaced. She then left the organization and forwarded to corporate. They then denied the claim saying it was normal wear and tear. It was not as the peeling started right after arrival in 2020.I have contacted two leather repair companies. Both told me it is not real or very poor quality leather and can’t be repaired. So sad. Avoid this company at all costs. The quality for the price is terrible and their customer service is worse. They should stand behind their products when it’s their fault.

Sherrie Verville of the Glendale store is AWESOME!!! I know she has so many awards for design, and deserving of every one!! My husband and I are on our third home with Sherrie and she is so professional and creative. Never, ever oversells us, uses many of the pieces we have to create an entirely new look!! The quality of Ethan Allen of course is incredible, and working with Sherrie makes it that much better!! ??♥️

Wow, what has happened to Ethan Allen? We have been loyal customers for 30 years and have always considered Ethan Allen furniture to be worth the extra cost because of the quality and service. Unfortunately, this time around we received neither quality furniture nor good service. We purchased a $7,500 sectional and it arrived with a bent leg. We reported the issue, sent pictures, followed up with emails and calls and here we are 4 months later with no resolution in sight. Both Stephanie (our "design consultant") and Jennifer (the manager) said they would take care of it and it has been all talk and no action. This is a lack of customer service--not a COVID problem. In addition, we ordered a desk in February with a June delivery date. The dates were pushed 4 times. The only way I found out was because I CALLED THEM. They never updated me about the delays. The delivery date would pass with no word from them and I would call and find out "oh, the new date has changed." I get in this case there may be supply issues but the customer service is terrible. The latest date is "mid October." I don't believe them and when I called to cancel the order I was told the furniture has miraculously been made and is "in transit from Honduras." As such, I can't cancel my order. I guess is isn't made by their craftspeople in Vermont. Maybe that explains the quality declines. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere that is at least honest about what it is. Might as well purchase from Overstock or Wayfair. In my opinion, the quality is the same and a heck of a lot cheaper.

**UPDATE**Ethan Allen Sandy is a joke. After leaving my review below I was immediately contacted by Stephanie with a promise that a replacement table would be ordered that day (4/22/22) and that the chair that was never delivered had been re-ordered on 3/18/22 with a delivery date of 5/29/22. HERE WE ARE IN JULY AND STILL NO CHAIR! We purchased the dining table and 8 chairs in September 2021. Almost a year later and we cannot get resolution. Additionally there has been NO contact or follow-up from either our salesperson Lyn Schloer or from the manager Stephanie regarding the chair. I'm not holding my breath about the table; I doubt that we will ever receive a replacement. BUYER BEWARE and believe me when I say that once these salespeople and their managers have their commissions all customer service stops and it's a gamble as to whether or not you will ever receive what you paid for. Don’t believe the positive Google reviews. YELP tells the real story. I wish we had read them before ever setting foot in Ethan Allen. We will be filing a complaint with the Division of Consumer Protection.Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Ethan Allen in Sandy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Each time we spoke to Lyn she told us if we didn’t hear from her to call her for updates. Lyn has never followed up with us, we have had to reach out to her every time. We have been chasing Lyn for weeks trying to get this resolved, there has been no customer service whatsoever. Calls to a manager named Stephanie have been equally frustrating and futile. We have heard nothing but excuses from Stephanie about vague emails to corporate and “meetings” to resolve the issue and yet here we are, almost 5 months later, and still NO RESOLUTION WHATSOEVER. Additionally, Ethan Allen failed to deliver one of the eight chairs we ordered and again, 5 MONTHS LATER, we can’t even get a straight answer about where a single chair isand when we might receive it! A $6000 purchase and this is the quality and customer service we get?! These people have zero accountability and zero integrity. As soon as they have your money, their interest in you as a customer is over. Save your money and sanity and purchase furniture ANYWHERE but Ethan Allen.

We ordered a sofa and love seat through the Sandy Ethan Allen store. Michelle, our sales rep was extremely professional and helpful through every step. The sofa and love seat arrived today, over two months earlier than had been originally scheduled and we couldn’t be happier with the early arrival and the exceptional quality and beauty of the products. Thank you Michelle for helping us find the perfect pieces to go into our newly remodeled room!

Where to start? Everything about our experience with Ethan Allen was wonderful. Michelle Sullivan was the designer who helped us and her expertise was invaluable. She helped us pick out a style, stain, and then gave us recommendations on coordinating chairs. Her knowledge gave me confidence in our purchase and I'm so happy we did it. The table completely elevated the style in our home.Also, the Cameron table is exactly what we were hoping for. It is solid wood, and for the price, we couldn't find anything of the same quality. We love the smooth table top that is so lovely to wipe with little kids. And the mechanism for putting in the leaf of the table, is very high-quality. Everything about this table shows that it was made to last, which is a breath of fresh air in the furniture world, when I am often wondering about the quality of items I find online.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting the Ethan Allen in Sandy. Ask for Michelle and she will take care of you!
