Extremely helpful crew. I have the 3rd gen Airpods and the speaker in my right AirPod was blown. First I went to Best Buy (just cause my dad always went there for technical needs), they weren’t much help. So I googled “Apple” and Expercom showed up.Gave them a call to see if they could help, answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Then I went in to get my AirPod serviced.Super easy process, the employees know what they are talking about and can explain it pretty well! The cost is pretty affordable, and they also sent me a link on how to properly update the firmware for my new AirPod so I could do it from work/home.Thank you!

I had bought a new laptop at the Apple Store and expercom was recommended to help me transfer my data from my old laptop. My old laptop had a cracked screen and I was worried all the data was lost. AJ and Christian were so helpful transferring all of my pics video and data! I’m so grateful they were recommended. They were kind and knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me out the door with my new laptop and all my special memories intact on my new computer. Thank you!

Had a great experience there today. Dropped my phone, screen unresponsive, they figured out how to help me get on my way with a brand new phone within an hour!! Great service and helpful people.

I was very specific with these folks that I needed my laptop to be running the same OS it came in with because I know how Apple forces obsolescence. For me that was conditional to the upgrade happening at all. Paid way too much money to upgrade my RAM so my older computer would run a little better, but then they installed the brand new OS which of course is deliberately designed to tank old machines.Since the "upgrade" the computer can barely handle any program it opens. I used to work CPU support at Apple, so I know how to fix a lagging machine. It's not a maintenance problem, the software is just specifically designed with a no regard for older computers -- it's why I asked them not to install it.The staff were all friendly and nice and they got things done quick and back to me great and all that, so I guess I'll give them two stars. But the computer is kind of ruined now.

Shocking laptop purchase from this retailer online -- really remarkably awful experience. I received the attached laptop, sent the seller photos, got blamed for the damage despite sending pictures within literally minutes of delivery, sent the laptop back, and am still waiting for a refund. Seller refuses to explain and refuses refund because it was "returned in damaged condition." Of course it was! (I should note that the seller did have the courtesy to issue a $20 "partial refund" for the laptop I spent $1500 on).

I was holding off on writing this review but enough is enough. I brought my MacBook Air M2 on May 20th for a single sticky key to be fixed. The employees helping me were pleasant enough. After scratching at my laptop with a sharp metal object, the technician told me there was something wrong with my keyboard and it had to be replaced. I told them I was a college student who relied on my laptop and I wanted to avoid leaving my laptop for extended periods of time if possible. They told me I could brink it back in when the part arrived which I did. Once it arrived and I brought it back in, 2 days later they told me during the repair my display had been broken. They had to order a new display. After waiting a week, I picked up my laptop and the charging port was installed incorrectly. My laptop couldn’t charge. I brought it in again to be fixed. Then when I got home I noticed they had installed the top case incorrectly, having lost faith in Expercom I took it directly to Apple who told me the top case had to be replaced as it had been damaged during repair. It is now 06/30/23 and I get a call from apple that the repair is taking longer than expected since Expercom had forgotten to install several screws in the repair. The screws are being ordered. It has been over a month and my problem that was originally just a sticky key, is still not fixed. I’m super disappointed in the service here and do not recommend them whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I'm sure these guys are good enough at their store(s) in Utah. But buyer beware when purchasing items thru this seller via Amazon.I've been getting the run-around between Expercom and Amazon. A Macbook I ordered never got delivered and they have been giving me the run-around for 2 months!! Not willing to help, perfectly happy to send me a canned message that they cannot help.I have proof that it was never delivered to me, but neither Amazon nor Expercom are willing to investigate and when I tried to file a claim with FedEx myself (which I couldn't do successfully, since I'm not the seller), even more stonewalling!One of the most horrible customer experiences I've had.

An absolutely huge help truly better than their competition in every way. I saved over 40$ by coming here over a certain competing 3rd party apple-certified repair place. Their competitor didn't listen to my problem at all and rushed me to either get an overpriced repair or (preferably according to them) a replacement phone I couldn't afford.Meanwhile the two employees who helped me here at Expercom, Ajax and Logan, specifically listened to my issue, and got my phone working in under an hour for a more affordable price while still using all only apple stock parts. Ajax and Logan were professional and extremely helpful! Truly they were life-savers and I can't say enough good things about the employees and the business, I plan to make this place the first stop any time I have a tech support issue going forward.

Went to Expercom today for assistance on streamlining an Iphone for a visually handicapped family member (I'm an Android guy). Logan was invaluable in answering questions & helping to troubleshoot a few problems we were having.He was quick & capable to meet our particular needs. He also provided insights into a number of other useful functions on the phone, as well as offering ideas to streamline the phone for our particular need/s.As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate employees who go above & beyond daily tasks & do all they can to meet a client's needs.
