Renting a unit at Extra Space Storage was easy and convenient. Did it all online same day. Took my first trip of items within a couple hours and a new lock and keys were already waiting in the unit. Having flat carts on site was helpful too.

Easy to use, move in was great. They helped me with some moving supplies. My rate was increased shortly after moving in and a quick conversation with the onsite staff took care of the problem. Great customer service. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.
