Renting a unit at Extra Space Storage was easy and convenient. Did it all online same day. Took my first trip of items within a couple hours and a new lock and keys were already waiting in the unit. Having flat carts on site was helpful too.

Easy to use, move in was great. They helped me with some moving supplies. My rate was increased shortly after moving in and a quick conversation with the onsite staff took care of the problem. Great customer service. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.

Great clean and safe location. Only thing I didn't like was that prices were increased significantly after the first 3months.

Although I live in Chicago, I am completely satisfied and comfortable knowing my storage unit is safe and in good hands with Extra Space Storage. Brenden is truly a knowledgeable, committed and responsive Manager. He is willing and ready to answer my questions, assist me with any issues and provide an honest, positive experience. I would do business with Brenden again and again! He has provided me with peace of mind I need and Extra Space Storage has been serving our Military family for 20 years (Washington DC, Virginia, Utah, Kentucky and Illinois). Brendon was the most excellent and noble and honest person. I've been with this storage company since April and I've never had an issue. Pricing was the best and to place is safe clean and friendly. No doubt I'll be back if I need a place to keep my stuff safe. Thank you so much for all you did.

It was a pleasure working with Brendon at the Sandy location. He was patient answered all our questions, friendly and helped us get the best space for our needs. Also, rental was such a great price in comparison to others in the area. Bonus it’s very clean, easy access, and temperature regulated. Highly reccommended.
