Best buisness practice if the technician pretty much knows they can't fix something for less than the cost of a new appliance before taking a repair call. Don't go just so you can do the 90 fee for coming out. Gave the benefit of the doubt that this was a flaw in how they run their buisness, maybe a disconnect between the customer service side and the technician side. I Called to give feedback. The customer service representative was dismissive, defensive, and hung up on me. My voice was firm but I wasn't yelling, and I wasn't cussing. I wasnt being rude. I was pointing out a problem i had with your buisness. I was giving feedback to what I saw as a problem. You didn't need to do anything but listen btw customer service lady whoever you are. I wasn't nessecarly expecting a refund or anything because he did come out and look at it. But it was highly apparent that the technician had this information that it was unlikely to be able to fix it before coming over. I know I've worked with other repair people in the past that have done been honest like this. They have gotten my recommendations and repeat buisness. When people are up front it's noticed and appreciated. So many missed opportunities here. I hate giving bad reviews. But I felt very disrespected on top of feeling like an advantage was taken. Do better. Or don't. Either way not using this company again. No need to reply to me now. Really over it at this point. Now its your problem. Not mine.

Mark installed and uninstalled an undercounted panel ready ice maker with a drain pump from GE. This ice maker had notorious problems and he took the time to ensure it was done properly. I had other companies not give attention to detail and then would fail.

Total rip off by a non trained apprentice
Called his boss 5 times to help him figure out the issue. Told me the price of the part was 168.00 I found it for 30.00
It was the wrong part any ways called a real repair person ,fixed it for 250.00 instead of 433.00 they quoted. Stay away!!!
