The manager summer is not what a manager should be like. I called and needed to ask a question, and instead of putting me on hold, she hung up on me because she had a customer in front of her. That's so unprofessional, and when I went to the store, she was not even apologetic. She should be demoted and a pay cut! I called customer service and left a voicemail, I expect a call back so I can tell exactly what happened. Summer, I hope you see this and become a better manager if they decide to keep you

The store manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting when checking out and she made it extremely obvious that we inconvenienced her by asking about the specials. Get another job if you can’t handle, lady!

Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. The lady working there was rude, clueless and lied to me and the manager right in front of me. No shoes and I have to wait a week for my money back. Thanksgiving week too, no less. Unbelievable.

The store staff are great. They call other stores to confirm inventory. Reason for 1 star is the District Manager won’t allow staff to hold a pair of shoes until the end of day. I wanted a pair of Skechers. This store had one. They said their district manager doesn’t allow holds. I don’t want to drive 30 minutes hoping I get the last pair they have. I checked Amazon and it was $30 less. Policy cost them a sale. Make me the district manager and the rule would be it’d be on hold til the end of day or until someone asks for it specifically. Don’t need an MBA to think of that.

The best part of this location is that you can ordered your items for free to the site for pick up and try on. The store is rather small and limited. However staff is always kind and friendly.
