I recently had a terrible experience working with the FedEx in Draper trying to get something printed where they changed the date and price on me at the last minute (doubling the price they originally quoted). I felt it was an issue with the personnel and management and not FedEx so I called the FedEx in sandy. They quoted me the same as the other FedEx but then said there was also a 20% discount available to save me even more money. They said they could have it done the next morning. I got an email stating it was ready at 8:00am and I picked it up and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, on time and saved me money. Well worth the additional 8 minute drive!

I had some important documents to print out and laminate so we went there instead of Office Max, which was a horrific experience. In contrast the service at Fed X was exceptional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mason who offered to help. It was an outstanding example of customer service and I appreciated it because I screwed up one of my documents and Mason fixed it without charge. I will definitely be going there from now on.

Elma is incredible. She was so patient and helpful to my husband and I when we needed about 70+ pages printed. She walked us through the whole process and even gave us ideas for future projects we have upcoming. Definitely coming back for any printing projects.
