Dawn was beyond helpful. If you ever feel at wits end trying to use automated processes/computers and just need good old fashioned customer service and human interaction, Dawn is everything you could ask for. Excellent customer service. I had a big print order and the Assistant Manager helped to lower the cost. Really fast service, turnaround 24 hours. He even adjusted the picture on the title page to fill the space on the paper. The books look professional. Thanks again.
