Brian is a nice guy, and he seems to genuinely care about his customers. But the communication and the lack of shop care is very noticeable.
I came in for my truck, and they did the work. However, during the finishing process, the mechanic pinched my transmissions gasket with the transmission heat shield. This caused a decent amount of fluid to be leaked, and it ended with me spending an additional $500 at a different shop to fix the mistake.
I should have taken heed to the other reviews. I should have done my due diligence, and vetted the shop. Don’t make my mistake, and make sure that you know what you’re getting into.
I attached photos of the area. It had been worst before the date of this posting. The additional work took place on 11/7/24.

These guys helped us out in an emergency. Worked well through a difficult situation, and made a huge difference for us, while being really fairly priced too- I'll absolutely go here again. First choice car care is the perfect name for them

First choice is my “first choice”! These guys are pro’s & always go above and beyond to help reach the best outcome. They get busy but know how to balance their workload. I have had Brian, Brad, Dave, Pete & team do multiple things for numerous cars & trucks I have had over the past 5 years and I keep coming back because of the way they treat me & handle problems! I finally took the time to leave a review and wish I would have sooner. My apologies & keep up the great work, Thank you!!!!!!

When I say one star is more than this shop deserves I could not be more serious, if possible I will attach photos but my truck went in for a simple tire mounting service, and over $1800 in damage was done, and I almost got into an accident on the freeway because the damage caused my emergency brake to lock up while driving. I since have been treated very poorly by Brian, Brad, and others in the shop. They refuse to take care of anything, and in their words “we will see you in court” lucky for me I have evidence against them and am filing a claim this weekend. This shop either needs to be shut down, or needs new ownership/management.

I gave this place a chance and wholeheartedly regret it. Please, go somewhere else.To condence a somewhat lengthy story into a shorter review, I received my truck back after replacing a wheel bearing and noticed that they had driven almost 200 miles. The interior was trashed and had soda spilled all over the front console, seats, and dashboard. The backseat was covered in sand (so strange), used water bottles, and someone's used wool socks. Someone had been using my truck as their personal vehicle to run errands/off-road/whatever for about a week.I called and texted the owner, Brian, numerous times with no response aside from a text saying "I'll look into it". To say I was upset is a bit of an understatement. I cannot get a call or text back and have honestly given up - chalking it up to a learning experience. No more small, shady mechanic shops.To top it all off, the repair didn't fix the original issue I took it in for. So I'm out $$$, have to clean my truck after some idiot used and abused it, and still need to have it repaired.

Plenty of matching used tires for any budget. My AWD Sienna feels so much better than new with one size larger tires! Thanks to the Owner of this Busy Establishment for taking Care of me last Minute at the End of the day!
