EDIT: Eric from their customer service reached out to me and got things resolved. Still not happy, but I do appreciate his efforts. Never again. I sent my out of warranty Momentum to them for a second hand repair, got an email that the estimate for service was ready, and I have since spent HOURS trying to get in touch with their service center just so I can pay for the service. Sure wish I had checked the Google/Yelp reviews before getting involved with these people. Appalling service...

I sent in my Nubeo Watch a month ago, emailed the a few times and they do not respond back. Said it would take 14 days to fix and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Don't know if I'm going to get my watch back, they already charge me over $300 for repairs. Will never use this company again.

Because Löwen was kind enough to let me know the name of my watch's battery that I lost, as they seem to be the one company in America entrusted with this information for Wenger watches, I am leaving them a 5 star review. Thank you Löwen for being helpful and of service.

I mailed my watch for evaluation and repair-- the cost of shipping, evaluation and the promised repair came to $200. Only after this was paid did I get a notice saying the parts weren't available and there would be a long delay. When the watch was finally returned to me over a month later it still wasn't working, I asked for a refund. They asked for a video of the stopped watch to prove it wasn't working. Unable to send this, I returned the stopped watch itself as proof, again asking for a refund. Instead they sent it out for repair again, and once again said it would be delayed while they waited for parts. Only after further calls and delays. did I finally get a partial refund. All this took 3 months and many frustrating calls and extended holds.

This watch quick started showing signs of moisture/fogging. I contacted Victorinox (Wenger) who referred me to their approved repair service, The Lowen Group. This repair service contacted me with estimates to clean the inside of the watch, replace the crystal, and even the watch band. When I clarified I only needed the moisture issue addressed they seemed confused, then seemingly started to make up reasons why it would not be covered under warranty, such as "it is possible that the stem was cracked and water entered that way". They then told Victorinox it would not be covered because the stem had been left open, and Victorinox chose to go with that conclusion. I previously owned a Wenger watch for 20+ years and that's why I bought this brand again. Well let me tell you their products are now EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and not what the they used to be. Shame on Victorinox and The Lowen Group, who apparently changes it's name every time they accumulate enough negative reviews. Don't waste your postage mailing your time piece to this place!

This company is THE WORST BUNCH OF SWINDLERS. They will be rude to anyone who deals with them because they are the only place that services watches of certain kinds. They are liars. Worst customer service experience ever!

I am updating my prior review. It was a poor experience, but a manager (Mr. Vance) reached out to me and offered a fair refund as compensation for the difficulties I experienced, as well as a future discount and assured me changes have been made to prevent this from happening again. Not every business will do this, so I appreciate this effort and can also say that after finally getting my watch back, it is working well and looks good.

This company has changed it's DBA name 3 times in four years. First, it was fixmywatch.com, then IWSC, and now it's Lowen Watch Group. It appears they are trying to cover their tracks and leave their abysmal reputation behind. Glad to see that Yelp has kept up with their activities.

If you have a watch with sentimental value do not trust Lowen watch group to repair it and get it back to you safely. I inherited a nice invicta 4512 from my grandfather which dropped onto a hardwood floor when the bracelet broke. This knocked some of the hour markers loose from the dial. I let the watch sit in a drawer for years before I sent it to be repaired February 2022. I paid for 2500$ worth of insurance and mailed the watch to Lowen. I paid 500$ for the repairs February 4th 2022 and received an email saying it would be done in 10-14 business days. There was extremely poor customer service when I inquired about the status of my watch. My watch was not return shipped until mid March and at that point I didn't care because I was just happy to be getting back the watch my grandfather gave me. No such luck. The postal service attempted to deliver the watch once but the door was locked. After that it was returned to the usps office and from there came up missing and is considered to be lost. I have been trying to get the CFO to pay out the insurance I paid for but due to "legalese" on the website and because I cannot prove the watch was given to me by my grandfather they won't assign any additional value to the watch. I was offered 1250$ and was told that if I let the process go to appraisal I would most likely be offered less, but I refused that offer until today when I said I would accept it and was told that offer is no longer on the table. I am hoping that by posting this review somebody else who might make the mistake of sending a watch they cherish to this company will realize it's not a good idea.

Took a long time to get an agent, but when I did, Sam was great. He was very helpful and straightforward. He is a fine addition to your staff. He did a great job.
