Came from Valley Fair Mall to get my shoes at this location. An employee at this establishment seen me and my family and then he was quick to turn around and ignore us. Lady and other cashier seen us as well ? (No Bueno) ? BEWARE to any future customers. This location must not have a manager because I know I would not allow my staff to be standing around or hiding in the back. You have a job and it’s sales. Customer service is ??Don’t waist a minute on apologizing FOOTLOCKER. Gratitude and acknowledgment will be given where it’s well deserved and that’s definitely NOT FOOTLOCKER *Southtown Mall (Sandy)*

Used to go down and get all the latest releases....not sure if StockX took them out, they're holding the good shoes, or what but there are NO good shoes at this store. I go to this mall once a month at least and have come into this store for about the last two years and haven't been able to find one shoe I can buy. It's weird....something is up. You go to the one in fashion place and they got everything, here it looks like a Payless. Employees aren't the best lol they're just young kids who do not care at all. They should get with the times and just use this as a holding center for online purchases, because they store front is useless.

no one greets you at this store. 2 young employees on their phones talking to each other. might as well have robots that bring the shoes for you. if they had any selection of shoes. i was looking for air max 90s they only had one pair. also very hard to find this store if you ask employees were the stores are located they can’t tell you.

Store is supposed to open at 11. Manager comes at 11:20 she doesn’t say anything to anyone opens the gate goes in and shuts it for us to wait 10 more minutes. When they finally open the gate nobody greets you or offers to help you.

Placed order online 8/16/22. Called customer service 8/23/22 was told to contact store in Sandy Utah or get a refund. Called store same day. Clerk says orders were stacked in hallway no response from USPS. Called customer service again 8/25/22 was told no refund until shipping order was complete, seven days after label which is today 8/25/22. Bad business online and in store. It's been a total of 9 days.label was created on the 18th. Today it says processing, then later it says label created. Total BS

Wow!! My husband and son went into to buy a pair of shoes. My son found 3 pairs he liked and wanted to try on. There was 3 employees sitting on a bench playing on their phones and talking between them selves. My husband and son left the store after a few minutes of trying to get help. I walked back in with my son and was blown away at how three employees did not want to help us at all. When we asked for shoes they said nope don’t have that size to every pair we asked about. We will not return and will go else where. I couldn’t can’t believe it!!! FYI went to Journeys. Hands down recommend. Awesome staff!!!!! Location south Mall in Sandy UT
