Very friendly staff, and very good computers. I can run almost anything I want and perfectly too. A definite recommendation for anyone with free time and a couple of dollars to spend.

I almost didn't go because of reviews that said one of the workers was rude, especially sarcastic. As someone who is sensitive to misuse of sarcasm, I was especially hesitant.
However, I went, and I am glad I did.
The worker who others claim was rude was not! He was not even a little sarcastic!
He was a chill dude, and since I went to try VR and see if I would get my own headset, he took time to answer my questions so that I could get something that worked best for me.
Most importantly, he helped me enjoy my time to the fullest. I would go back if I weren't going to buy my own headset thanks to him!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would☹️☹️☹️.. this is my first and last review ever.. they got a bag off of us and we didn’t get to play any games and when we asked for help it seemed like it was everyone’s first day on the job. Sad to see
P.S. By the time I did get a game to work it was super laggy and the sound no longer worked.. womp womp

Haven’t been disrespected like this in a while. i could say a lot but let’s stick with the facts not the opinions. he told all my friends the pc needed updates on every game. we updated which took 30 minutes out of the 2 hours we booked. after that i decided to play the laggiest game of league of legends ever. now that we got the games out of the way, let’s talk about the employees!
the “manager”, after asking if he had a military discount proceeded to make fun of us and say “you served in the military congratulations” when the time came to help us out he was too busy playing with his own computer and his buddy next to him. after u.s. military guys were completely disrespected by him we decided to leave after playing for no more than 20 minutes even though we paid for more. hopefully this place closed down soon. despicable service.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place was the worst, worker was unhelpful and rude and my friends and I. All are computers were buggy and having trouble playing any games. Out of 6 of us only two of the computers were able to actually play a game, only after waiting 30 minutes for it to update. We also asked the worker if they had military discount as half of us were military on vacation and he sarcastically replied “thank you for your service”. Never had such a bad experience at this so called “establishment”. Would do 0 stars if I could

My son wanted to go here for his birthday and was disappointed. Most of the games he wanted to play they couldn't get to load. The worker there was nice and tried getting the games to work but obviously this company needs to fix a lot of bugs.

I travel for work and have been all over the country. I’ve played at many different gaming cafes and lan centers. Some are great, some are awful. Gamer Planet deserves 5 stars but I will list some pros and cons.
Pros:
1. One of the cheaper and more competitively priced gaming cafes I’ve ever been to. At the end of the day, we want to afford to play so this is great!
2. Large selection of games. Top of the line equipment - I’m a bigger guy and the chairs were pretty comfy and steady. Keyboards were smaller than I like but buttons were good. It’s common for keyboards to get beat up at these places. I saw a comment from a kid complaining about mouse accuracy after picking it up (99% of players do not need to worry about this) the kid himself probably isn’t playing at a high enough sensitivity to warrant the pick up anyways. Mouse was great for MOBA gameplay. Many players were playing fps and no one complained about their mouse. (I was there all day and they were full all day)
3. They have 24 hour access with some membership types. I’ve never seen this and if I lived in the area, would certainly take advantage of this.
4. Clean and organized considering the lack of employees.
Cons:
1. Employees are not there at all times to help with troubleshooting. It’s common practice for employees to update games daily - here you will be updating your game on your own dime
2. League of Legends client crashed after each game (this is due to increased security measures and have experienced it other places in the past; more of a LoL client issue)
3. There is a weird lag and delay when navigating menus and launching games. (Likely due to coin mining in the background - also a common occurrence at these businesses)

Place is great! Computers are great, and I always find a computer too! Price for pc per hour is great and passes are good deals too. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the mouses they use. They are not great, they tend to move before they even touch the pad. I would recommend upgrading mouses

This place is the best! They have a great selection of PC games and the setup process is very easy! They also have VR and the employee that assisted in the setup process was very helpful and kind! I come all the time and bring friends occasionally! 10/10 would recommend!
