This shop is phenomenal! They originally were going to do a fix but found a workaround that made it so that I didn’t need to do the repair for now, and charged me nothing! Such a class act!

We had an issues with our vehicle but the staff and the manager went above and beyond to get the issue fixed and made it right. Not alot of companies do that so that says alot about Gerber and what a great business they are. Also our vehicle looks great and they did a good job. Definitely recommend

These people never picked up my car I had to tow it myself to them after 2 weeks. nothing happened for another week and ofcoarse my rental was up then so I towed my car home and fixed the broken tie rod myself so we could drive to work etc. made an appt for the rest of the damages got it in said it'd be done in two days and they would check out the damages and suspension. Now that it's the pick up date they're saying the suspension needs replaced and it'll be another week so what is was never inspected during the initial inspection? After they literally DREW it on the car. I've almost lost my job twice and I have ABSOLUTELY NO RIDE because they are NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE and my rental was up before the car was EVER LOOKED AT.
