A haircut this bad has to be an actual crime. Literally gave me something that looked like a bowl cut and an edgar cut combined. Hair was insanely uneven and unsymmetrical. Back of my head had splotches of uncut hair and the front was straight as a ruler (quite literally.) My hair was supposed to be about eye level when parted and they cut it so it's higher than my eyebrows while STRAIGHT DOWN. The process was terrible too. My barber was aggressive and obnoxious. The whole time she was stabbing me her 3 inch long nails and and her scissors that she loosely held with her pinky while shaving my hair. I have never been disrespected this much in my life. This ruined my social life and self image.

Probably got the best haircut I've had lately at Great Clips. Nga gave me a great haircut and made sure I was satisfied before I walked out the door. She took her time and continued to check with me throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy with the cut. Great experience.

Thought I should update this and just say why I love this location.
1. They are very clean and tidy and I always appreciate that. It's little things like cleaning their hands when they come back from lunch, or not using a comb they dropped on the floor. Little stuff, but knowing they are aware and thoughtful like that means a lot.
2. I've always gotten a great haircut. Nga is especially good, but they all are great!
3. They are very kind and put people at ease.
All in all, my favorite Great Clips location in this area.

If you want great service from a chain salon you should make your way over to this great clips. Easy to check in, always great and easy conversation, and a quality haircut of your choice. Nga is a fantastic stylist and really caters to your needs. Couldn’t recommend enough for this location.
