The cashier here helped me immensely, I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name, she was phenomenal!! I was turned away by the manager in Farmington HM, Farmington refused to assist me with a return; and this location in south town went above and beyond to assist me, they were so kind here, i appreciate how kind cashiers are in this location!

Wow — I have never encountered a manager as rude and unprofessional as Audrina. I was in this store on Saturday, August 6th, school shopping with my oldest daughter. I noticed online prices were cheaper than in-store for several items, so I asked the cashier to price match (same exact item, SKU, etc.). She told me they weren’t allowed to.
I politely asked to speak to a manager, and the moment Audrina walked up, her attitude was hostile. I explained I wanted to price match and even had the policy pulled up directly from the H&M website stating they do price match in-store. She looked at me and said, “Nope, we don’t do that and never have.”
When I pointed out the written policy, she snapped, “You can leave and go to a different store because I’m NOT price matching anything for you.” I then asked for her to take my name and number so I could speak to the district manager, and she curtly said, “Nope, I can’t do that.”
I have 10 years of retail experience as a store manager myself, and I would never treat a customer with such blatant disrespect. The way she spoke to me, using her tone to belittle me, left me feeling humiliated — I left the store wanting to cry. This was an unacceptable experience, and I will never shop at this location again.

Audrina “the manager” is very rude and has 0 customer service skills. I would rather buy online than have any interaction with her.

I went to Shops at South Towne today H & M and had some clothes to try on. At 8:38 PM I went to the dressing room to try on pants and shorts and the girl working there said that the dressing room closes 20 minutes before the store closes.
Megan the manager said yes this is store policy. HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS PUT SOME SIGNAGE UP AROUND THE STORE AND ON THE WEBSITE THAT STATES THIS POLICY.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
