Overall it was comfortable and quiet. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy.My only concern was the bathroom sink drained slowly, if at all, leaving a film of shaving cream and whiskers in the sink after shaving.

What a difference a year makes. Not the same online check in or great customer service as provided in the past or with other Hampton/ Hilton line. Manager too busy with his employee party to help a paying customer and was told to wait 15 minutes. Threatened to call the cops because he didn't want to do a JOB. I asked for a refund and he claimed he'd get around to it. I waited for it to process. Don't throw a loud hotel employee party and not be willing to take care of guests promptly.Last year remarks -Happy employees, Clean rooms, hot tub and breakfast area.

Jennifer is top tier employee that brings so much value to Hampton Inn. I was warmly greeted after a long day of traveling. She made accommodations for an early check-in. She made my four day stay at Hampton Inn unique and more comfortable every way possible. The rooms were very nicely cleaned with detailed hands on individuals who take pride in their work. They gym was immaculate, the breakfast was great the lovely worker had a smile on her face while she did dishes. It was a wonderful way to start my morning and she should be applauded.Excellent location; close to shopping a mall is right near by, I walked to dinner and very close to the interstate.10/10 would stay here again!

The reason for the 5 star rating is the staff. Every staff member was extraordinary--and every need was met quickly and fully.Nearby activities: Incredible hiking for all skill levels of hiking within a 30 minute radius. Also, great location for businesses just south of Salt Lake City.

The room was beautiful with a very good mini fridge. Very competitive prices for a few nights' stay and totally understanding when we got there at 4am!The fan in the bathroom wasn't working and there was no way to just rub a fan in the room instead of turning on the AC but overall a good experience. Satan was very friendly and happy to accommodate our stay!

My room was pretty standard but clean, with a nice southeastern view. Mini fridge, ironing board, and other amenities are included. A nice touch was the variety of shower head options for water distribution in the shower -- from massage to brain jarring to rainforest sprinkling. Unfortunately, despite a larger shower curtain extended to both walls, water tended to bounce off the ceiling and make the tiled floor slick. Be careful exiting the shower. Pillows seemed quite thin, so stack 'em like pancakes if you need more neck support. I subtracted a star for these issues.Customer service was excellent and polite, with several of the front desk staff being rather helpful and communicative. Our questions were all answered and I felt the staff was anticipatory in its vision. The breakfast buffet here is quite nice, composed of cereals, waffles, juices, oatmeal bar, rotating protein (meat and eggs) hot dishes, bagels, and a mini fridge full of items to go, such as yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. The dining and serving spaces were very clean and both ladies prepping and cleaning the area were super fast and efficient, enabling quick turnover without feeling rushed. The lobby offers self-made hot drinks for free. This includes teas, hot chocolate, and several varieties of coffee. Further down is a well-stocked mini-store with snacks to take on the go.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, relatively quiet, mostly working AC/heater.Cons: Everything else. The bed was rock hard and the pillows paper thin. We asked to change rooms hoping for something marginally more comfortable but were told all the mattresses were the same. All the front desk could offer was to pass along a complaint to the general manager. The "lighting" in the room was dim, green, and insufficient. There was no vent in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay but very minimal and located in the lobby with hardly any seating. Go early or there'll be nothing left and the kids will have clogged up or broken the waffle machines. The ground floor smells like smoke even though all rooms are non-smoking.TLDR; I paid for a "3-star" hotel thinking it'd be simple but comfortable. I was wrong. Never going back.

We stayed there over a week, extending as needed. We had a small puppy with us and paid the pet deposit. The staff kept making false claims about us and our pet. The sales director, Monica, threw us out of the hotel, which caused my wife to confront her and Bella, a manager, about the claims. They didn't like the exchange, and called the police on my wife. The police issued no citation because we were not in the wrong. I then pointed out that Bella and Pedro were discussing our payment methods in Portuguese with disdain and laughing about it. I informed them that I understand Spanish and Portuguese and didn't appreciate it. They were even talking to the police about my 86yo mother with dementia, like that is even any of their business!!! I then informed them that the housekeeping staff leave their master key fobs unattended and that anyone could grab it, enter any room, and rob guests or WORSE! I showed her video I recorded on the issue. I told Monica I was going to post the video of the unattended key fobs, and she said "I would rather you didn't do that." Well, I would rather you didn't throw paying guests out of the hotel, especially honors members and Hilton owners LIKE US! We will never be back to that hotel and I won't book it for friends and family either when they visit us.Safety: The hotel staff leave their key fobs unattended, putting all the guests in danger of someone grabbing it and robbing them, or WORSE!!!

We loved staying here. We especially loved the food service in the breakfast area. It was clean and stocked and ready to go. They were very friendly, nice and helped us if we needed any help. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Huge shout out to Lofa , Arla for their amazing service and creating a fun friendly atmosphere. We appreciate their service. We will be back soon. Thank you

Worst hotel stay I’ve had. One of the oldest hotels I’ve been in ever. Ugggh! The breakfast was cold and the eggs were obviously powdered. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. The only reason I gave two stars was that the coffee was good and the night clerk was kinda friendly. Spend the extra and go elsewhere!

Not a bad place to stay the rooms are small but they are clean, mine was. The room was a little outdated and the beds are not as comfortable as let's say one of Little America's Tower rooms. Lol...

My family and I went in for breakfast and one of the hotel staff members Arla and Ron that was working this Sunday morning was absolutely amazing! She went about and beyond to help with that busy morning rush of people.

Nice hotel near the heart of things in Sandy. Check in was wonderful and the concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and even though I was right next to the motorway I couldn’t hear any noise from it. The hotel fitness center was decent and served its purpose. The only complaint I had was the bed had a strange slant on it like all pervious guests had only slept on one side but it isn’t something that bothered me enough to knock off a star.
