We went here looking for a chandelier and two vanity fixtures for our master bath remodel. We were blown away at the volume of fixtures in the show room. So many of them were just stunning, too.Brooke was so helpful and patient with us as my husband and I tried to agree on what we wanted (I’m very picky!). She showed us additional catalogs as well. After a couple hours we finally picked out the perfect pieces.One of the items arrive with a broken piece and Hansen lighting worked quickly to rectify this.Everything has now been installed and we are thrilled with how they turned out! I wanted more of a statement piece with the chandelier but the vanity fixtures to be more simple. These are from the same line and go great together!

We've been working with Mac at Hansen Lighting at their Sandy location. We're at the end of the process. So far, we have to say that when the Hall of Fame for lighting consultants is established, Mac should be the first inductee. Along with her Hall of Fame talents, is her lighting consultant Medal of Honor service. She is dedicated to her profession, obviously loves it, and therefore is easily in the ranks of best of the best.We're confident her all star status is enhanced by the team she represents, that is, Hansen Lighting. Superior performers and best-in-class-enterprises produce ecstatic clients. By the time the final buzzer sounds, Team Hansen Lighting will probably be moved, in our opinion, into a "league of their own."

We absolutely loved working with Mac (Melissa McDermott)! She’s the friendliest, most knowledgeable, professional, and just fun to work with. I was purchasing a new home and went through the center 4 months before closing. 3 weeks before closing I got a call stating they "forgot" to order the lights. So, now I'm sitting here 3 weeks after closing and doing the leg work and reminding Hansen to send someone to install the lights and fans. Only contact I had was when they needed money. Such a horrible experience.Update: The owner of the company called me personally to discuss my experiences. He was apologetic and courteous. He could have easily dismissed me as just another customer but he didn't. He did everything to make it right. Definitely makes up for the previous experience. Thank you sir for your professionalism. Changed from 1 star to 3.

Mac was fantastic to work with! I live out of state, so selecting lighting for my new home in Utah was a bit challenging. Mac provided photos of fixtures that met my style from there the process was much easier. There is a great selection of products. She was very patient and helpful.

We had a delightful experience selecting all the lighting needs for our new home construction at Hansen Lighting - indoor, outdoor, vanity, fans, they have it all! Melissa (Mac) is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She quickly assessed our preferences and guided us toward making selections that we are delighted with. Great working with Hansen! We originally purchased a light locally; found out 2 weeks later that the reason it hadn't come in was because the model was discontinued. I did a quick search and found they had it in stock and shipped within a day or two of ordering over the phone.
