I usually change my own oil but we’re right in the middle of moving and my garage is all packed up. I showed up at 6:55. The close at 7. Both mechanics said “No problem. We can change your oil and get you on your way really quick.” They changed my oil within 15 minutes, reminded me that my auto registration was due and took care of it right there. There were also some really good, no pressure, recommendations on things I can do to ensure my engine continues to function as expected. It’s a great shop and I won’t hesitate to return.

I asked for a transmission fluid change because I thought we needed it. Steve came out and candidly showed me that our fluid was clear and in no need of change. It's so refreshing that they care about my costs and I have repeatedly found them to give wonderful service!

You know that stereotype of car people finding issues with your car to rip you off? I have NEVER had that issue here. Grease monkey does what needs to be done and charges you for only that. Today they replaced my battery (I did buy that myself) and filled my fluids. Then didn’t even charge me! Love everyone who works here (and the occasional carnation is never unappreciated)

They sold me an aftermarket air filter that did not fit correctly this allowed some debris to get into the system which restricted the engine power.
I took it to the dealership to get it diagnosed.
After a week without my vehicle and $950 repair bill I think it’s been resolved.
Proceed with caution as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

They misled me about how long they would take to get emissions done on my vehicle. I was told 15-30 minutes. When I acquired about my car at 30 minutes, they told me there was another vehicle ahead of mine. Don't waste your time here.

My car broke down in the Maceys parking lot a couple hundred yards away from the shop. I walked up and asked if anyone would be willing to help me push it up the hill. Sarah, Leo, and Lucas were more than willing to walk down with me and push the car up in the hot sun and get it into the bay. (It’s a 6,000 pound pathfinder) They were able to diagnose it and get it fixed quickly first thing the next morning. I’ve had nothing but great interactions at this store and will always come back to these guys.
