Talk about 'lucking out'!!Had a large, very belated batch of Holiday Gifts to get out across the country...and the vendor we were using for the Gifts (Chocolate Covered Wagon!) highly recommended KEVIN and his staff for high-end printing of our custom-designed Holiday gift enclosure cards.We're used to working with top-notch designers and printers here in Los Angeles, and honestly had no idea how this would all flow - especially as we were brand new customers and had never seen their work...BOY were we in for a SURPRISE. KEVIN graciously undertook the order, even though they already had orders stacked up through the next few weeks (already, first week of January!)He listened patiently to all our 'details' and THEN went so far as to say he would ensure we came in 'under budget'.... and THEN - the best gift of all - KAREN!! Karen, his graphics specialist, not only 'got' what we were trying for immediately - but she spent an hour going back and forth, editing on the fly, making changes as we suggested them - it was like having a telepath and an expert artist all in one!Seriously - not only did she get everything perfectly (see sample artwork) - she kept fine-tuning it AND stayed after hours to meet our INSANE DEADLINE.We figured, for all the V.I.P. service and expedited printing, scoring, drilling et al... not to mention KAREN's magic... for sure we'd blown past the budget...But NOPE: KEVIN HONORED his promise, and we got everything TURNED AROUND IN 2 DAYS!! So not only was my Team and staff happy ... but the VENDOR could expedite her end of things with no stress of the printing being held up...AND THE FINAL PRODUCT CAME OUT STUNNING.Seriously.I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLK HIGHLY ENOUGH.Whatever your shipping or printing needs...MUST CALL. !!!

Kevin and his crew are the best! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I have been going there for 10+ years now and have never been disappointed! They do what they say they are going to do and they do it well! Highly recommend this place if you need to mail, need a big or small print job, lamination, or if you need a post office box to get your mail, plus so much more! Great Friendly, Knowledgeable Service Every Time!

Kevin is the most friendly and professional owner I have ever dealt with. We became acquainted over 40 years ago through my post office career and he still greets me warmly and just yesterday helped through a problem because I am computer bad.

They are always very helpful and friendly. There is never a long wait. They find the best price for whatever I am having printed or sending in the mail. If I have a box or envelope that I can use they will use it but if not I love not having to find a box or envelope. They have them at the store. They do all the work and only charge for the materials. I have found them to be very fair in their pricing of items. I have some physical issues that makes it very difficult to stand in any line and I never have to stand in a line at Help-U-Mail. I highly recommend this business.
