Rooms: the rooms are always clean, the bathroom, mirrors, and the bed. even the mini fridge and the microwave. housekeepers are doing an excellent service.Food & drinks: the food at the garden grill is awesome, breakfast and dinner are great, the waiters and the cookers. they have a full bar menu, and they even make an special drink if you want it to. They also have amazing specials, not like all the time, but it’s delicious, you have to try them!

Went for a conference. Other than the audio not working, it was a great venue.Did not stay the night in the hotel, I live less than an hour away.

Awesome stay. No issues. They have a 24 hour pool, and 2am is exactly when I want to hot tub. Front desk was friendly in that "make your day better by having met them" way.

Convenient location for the event that we were attending. The rooms were clean and warm apon arrival. The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly so we could grt up to our room.Rooms: The rooms were decent size and felt spacious.Safety: We felt safe staying hereWalkability: There are things to do within walking distance. However this location is not the best for walking to dinner or meals.Food & drinks: They have a resturant on site with limited hours and a bar as well.

Had a room here here November 25-26. We live in town so we decided to do a little staycation for my girlfriends birthday. Selected this location because it has a pool. I had some friends coming over for dinner and drinks, I decorated the room and had it catered as well. When we arrived we noticed the TV didn't work. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the maintenance man to our room to have it looked at. He came and went three times initially to try to resolve the issue. He called the service provider and was asked to read the numbers on the receiver. He didn't have his glasses and asked my girlfriend to speak with them and read the numbers to the person on the phone. We were then notified that it wasn't working in the entire building. After this he left and came back two more times to try something else. Still working from my room that is decorated and has the food ready for guests. I went home and got my smart TV loaded with apps so I could still have something for us to watch. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't strong enough to power any of them. I notified the front desk and the issue was unresolved. Our shower was also out of shampoo but at this point I didn't care to have more hotel staff in and out of the room. In the morning I spoke to the front desk about compensation for all the trouble, I was told I would have to contact the general manager Adriana Cortes. I got her card and called her that Monday. I got the front desk again, told them about the situation and they said they would leave her a note about it and she would call me back. It's been two weeks and she has made no attempt to reach out or even apologize for my inconvenience. I have pictures of both TV's not working and the maintenance man in my room full of balloons that I would have loved to post but unfortunately there isn't a place to upload them in the review.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Sandy was a delightful experience. The hotel's cleanliness, modern amenities, and attentive staff contributed to a comfortable stay. The room was well-appointed, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was evident. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making the overall atmosphere welcoming. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and dining options, added to the convenience.

This Sandy location was perfect for our family visit on our way through town. The service was super good...staff friendly. Breakfast was also good and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend it! We will stay there again when we are in the area.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet was excellent and a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room wasn't clean, bloodstains on the comforter, coffee maker spewed light brown water, and no longer offering a bagel or similar as a dry breakfast.Breakfast is about the same as any fast food breakfast at 4X the cost. Not permitted to sit in most of the lobby area during breakfast hours.Extremely convenient for Mtn West Conf center, but there are *many* choices in this area.likely will not be returning.

I had the most pleasant stay~the room was tidy, the bed was an absolute comfort and joy, and the staff was extremely pleasant~Sarah was just an absolute gem, answering all my "touristy" questions and gave me peace of mind checking into my first hotel on my own. When the glitch with the air conditioner came up, she was on top of it quickly, offering support and options! She sent Danny up, and he was just fabulous! After the quick fix with the A/C Unit, he went above and beyond to show me the grounds, directing me to the spa, pool, and gym. AND THE VIEW :). I was able to see my office building from my window and see all of the beautiful flowers in the fields along with the gorgeous mountains. Thank you SO much for making my stay so pleasant...like a home away from home! Definitely booking here again!!!

This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at!! I paid almost 400.00 for one night for a room with a jetted tub for my husband’s birthday and the tub leaked the room smelled like moldy carpet and cigarettes! When I complained to the front desk I was told I would see a discount on my final receipt and saw nothing! I called and was told the manager would call me back and they still haven’t..

Amanda the blonde hair lady who does the morning shift was grumpy at me when I tried to ask her a question since I was about to check out. She didn’t smile like the other hotel staff in her interactions with me and others, I ended up asking them for help. My advice to Amanda if your watching, chill your nerves sister and treat your guests as you would like to be treated, you and the other staff are the first impression to your guests and of course a lasting one. This is also for your safety as your attitude can provoke an altercation as you never know what type of people from all over you’re dealing with. Other than that my overall experience with other things wasn’t too bad.

Toilet paper is one ply, they gave us 2 rolls less than half full. Funky smell in room. Very cramped area. Bathroom had some kind of damage on the floor but never repaired. The only good thing was the king size pillow. Very disappointed in this stay. Cheaper hotels have better rooms and quality of items. It was a let down.

Well kept hotel with very nice rooms. The bed and pillows are super inviting and comfy. Plenty of space and a nice bathroom; no tub if that matters to you in the king room I had. I used the Hilton app for check in, digital key, and check out so I had zero interaction with hotel staff. It is right next to the freeway which can be heard all the time. Parking and access is easy. Taking the exit, where it splits go on Monroe Street for quick access. Nearby is SLCC and conference area, South Towne mall, Target, Costco, and many dining options.I'd stay again if in the area but may look around for options with included breakfast and perhaps somewhere further from the freeway due to noise.

This area is beautiful. Close to one of the best shopping malls and many eating opportunities. The staff was fantastic and I really appreciated their attentiveness.
