I bought a sweatshirt here two days ago, when I was looking online I realized it was on sale that night and brought it back today to price adjust, as their policy states that they can for up to 7 days after the original purchase with the receipt. Manager on duty, Sydney, was very rude and refused to do it. Her coworkers were also extremely rude and unfriendly, particularly one in a grey half zip with her dark hair pulled up. I contacted customer support + another store and was informed they should’ve done what I asked as it is company policy and that some stores just aren’t nice about correcting mistakes. Fashion Place is friendlier + will actually follow company guidelines regarding this. Go there instead and always check online because this store is rude and will refuse to do it. The South Town store needs to work on their customer service and hire people who can help customers without a rotten attitude.

Would give zero stars if possible.
They never open on time. They make customers wait while doing their own thing.
They don’t acknowledge customers.
And, they frequently don’t properly do returns and the returns don’t go back on your card you paid with.

Terrible customer service. There were 4-5 staff and 2 cashier booths and yet the remaining staff were hanging around the counter, using their phones, hiding under the booth and taking Snapchat pictures which was clearly visible from the customer side. When asked if they could open a changing room, they asked us to wait. We waited for 10 minutes, and nobody did anything even though there were staff standing around. Very inefficient and rude. I’ve always had good customer experience at other hollisters. Never going back there.

Overall horrible experience. I was gifted a shirt that was too big, so i went in to exchange it for a different size. The manager processed it as a REFUND without permission and also put the payment back onto the original payment even though it was a gift. Overall the manager that helped me was very rude and processed a return against my wishes. When I made it clear to the manager she made a mistake, she was completely unhelpful in making it right or helping me resolve my issue.

Yesterday I had the worst experience ever as a customer. My husband and I have been customers of hollister for a long time and I have never been so disrespected and humiliated in a place like that before. At first, my husband asked one of the employees to look up if the have a different size of a t-shirt in the stock. One of the employees didn’t even look at the system and she just answered rudely that they didn’t have it. When I was ready to pay, the employee offered me a $10 dollars discount and the total that was $41 would end in $31, I put all my information and I paid $31 but after I paid that she didn’t know how to work in the system and AFTER I paid she said that I had to pay the other $10 dollars. Then, this was 8:37pm and the store supposedly to close at 9:00pm, my husband wanted to exchange one t-shirt for another size (that he purchased online) . ONLY THAT and another employee came from nowhere, she probably was the manager, and said super rude that they had to close the store and basically she kicked us out of the store. She didn’t even said sorry. She only said: come back tomorrow morning! But I live far way from the store isn’t simple like that. We only wanted to solve that and leave. I have never had such a bad experience. We felt disrespected, humiliated, and embarrassed.

Terrible return experience. I handed her my receipt, but she insisted on my phone number or email because in her words it’s easier for her to look up. I purchased online and my purchase date was 31 days ago but that’s not when I received the item. I wanted it returned to my credit card instead of a gift card. They said I needed to call customer service, but customer service was zero help and a supervisor was supposed to call me back, but never did.

I’ve always loved Hollister but I was recently gifted a pair of pants and they refuse to exchange for the correct size without the original receipt. If they have all the tags attached you should work with your customers. I don’t want to purchase from someone who wouldn’t even exchange if I buy the wrong size.

The staff that work here are not friendly with the customers. They don't have a good attitude, Hollister is the best in clothes but I'm not coming back here, it's preferable to drive a little more to Salt Lake where they do receive you with a good attitude.

Probably not going back to this store location again, the store manager Ashely I believe her name was, was incredibly unprofessional over the phone to me, my experiences in the store with her were unpleasant as well. Definitely recommend heading to a different Hollister location for better customer service
