Ashley is AMAZING!!! I have a very strong phobia for needles, like almost pass out scared. Being 20 and deathly afraid of needles is crazy, I know. She walked me through the whole process and was very understanding. Ashley is very empathic and knowledgable. Thank you for going the extra mile for me. It was a very comforting and rewarding experience, much love!

Got my girls' ears pierced by Simon. She was AMAZING! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She seriously made the experience what it was, and even helped me shop for more! I will be sure to stop by more often as long as this is the experience I can expect!

Terrible management at this place! This establishment will not give employees enough hours yet you want them to show up when you CANTcover the shift. If the employee you needed to cover someone else’s shift is at the doctors office when you call .. that person CANT cover the shift! Who cares if you see the employee in the mall a few hours after you called them. After you received “No I can’t.. Im at the doctors office” that’s all you need.. No further explanations! Ask for the proper documentation and you won’t be reported to EEOC! Get better management

the worker was so helpful and nice, she went so above and beyond with helping us and giving us useful information! I don’t remember her name but she had pink hair and black facial piercings. definitely deserves a raise!!

Nice stuff for the wife, just beware of the "Sale pricing". Got stiffed on some items that were supposedly my 1/2 off. They change the sale at time of purchase. Not as ADVERTISED. Do not be shy to leave the store without purchasing anything.

Go to get my 8 year olds ears pierced. My 8 year old was nervous and the one girl working there kept trying to convince my 8 year old to not do it. She obviously didn't want to be working, it was frustrating as she was trying to convince my 8 year old to wait for another time.I asked when I could come back. She said the next day. So next day, I show up at 5, walk around a bit then come back with my 8 year old, and they're closed at 5:15! The store (with a very obvious sign saying so on the door) doesn't close until 6. I knocked in the door with the two employees sitting at the cash register, they looked at me and I pointed to my way h. You don't close for 45 minutes! They simply looked away. Terrible experience, I'm very upset my 8 year old has had to walk away TWICE now, very upset.

if i could give this place negative stars believe me i would. i bought 2 ‘adjustable’ toe rings here for $20, and let me tell you rn, whoever made them deserves the deepest pits of hell. the first ring was not even adjustable and didn’t fit even the smallest of my toes. the second was so sharp that it actually pierced my toe, and when i went to take it off it literally snapped in half. so that was a whole day’s pacheck down the drain, i hope the jeweler responsible dies.
