I spoke with Jessie about my watch and getting it repaired. She was EXTENSIVELY knowledgeable and she walked me through how to get it working over the phone!! I am extremely great-full to her for her help and I advise everyone to ask for her when you call them.

sent in my Invicta watch as this was advertised as the Invicta repair and I had chipped my crystal. They sent me a quote of THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT THE WATCH COST !! I complained, then they sent me another price, and then 20 % off STILL DOUBLE THE COST OF NEW !! Kept my watch, even though I had PRE-PAID for a return. Still have no watch back, broken face or not I wanted this BACK! I wish I would have read the reviews before sending in. If you are reading this before DO NOT SEND THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS !! Absolutely do not, repeat, DO NOT use this watch repair, for any reason. I will contact BBB and then the Utah state attorney general to check into this place, too many posts saying to beware for this to be good for the public interest.

Most excellent!
I ordered a watchband, but I mistakenly put the wrong address. I contacted them immediately and they caught the mistake, changed the address and I got it delivered to me quick! GREAT customer service! They got back to me quick and all was settled.

I called Lowen IWSC watch repair, for the first time, and my call was taken by Areli. Although I haven't availed myself of their services yet, I found Areli to be professional, friendly and having a sense of humor. She answered my questions and sent me an email with a link for me to use to proceed with the repair and servicing of my watch. If she is any indication of what the staff is like, I am in good hands. Thank you!

just got off phone with the call center spoke with a young lady by the name of Areli and was very professional and courteous explained the whole process of what i was needing and have 2 watches to go back for repairs. She was very helpful hopefully the repair center will be as well. Doug Garner.

I have had Invicta watches for years. I bought 5 new ones on the Black Friday. Any time I called to check on my orders I received nothing but polite and professional help.
This time I needed parts for changing bands, pins, the young lady was so kind with this 84 year fellow. Invicta folks are the best!

I have had several repairs done by this service center, Invicta and non Invicta, and all have been excellent. My watches come back to me better than new.
