I was quoted $60-$180 when we began after reviewing all of my paperwork. At the end, I was quoted to pay $400+. I was initially told I would be in the lower part of the initial quote since I didn't have any complex paperwork. The supervisor gave terrible customer service and denied to help in anyway. I would recommend a local tax specialist in Sandy over Jackson Hewitt who treats you like an overgrown corporation desparate to increase profits.

I have used Jackson Hewitt forbthevlast 4 years and moved 1500 miles across the country and they continue to not disappoint. I appreciated the convenience and the customer service that give. Stacy in hendersonville is awesome and I will reccomend everyone that I know to go to her. Thanks again.

Courtney, what can I say about a woman who puts her life aside? A person kept grounded by her knowledge of life, wanting much, yet still striving to be the rep we all hope we get.She took the time, dealing with wonky crypto-tax and normal W-2s in stride. I’d be glad to get her next year as well.
