Store looked like a tornado went though it. Tried buying shorts (that I know they had to of gotten recently) but didn't have my size. Prices were wrong or missing on so many things and the selection is terrible. Maybe it's time for the nail in coffin if this is JCP is now these days

Went into buy some jewelry. The older lady behind the counter refused to show me anything until after I applied for a Jc penny credit card. I told her I’m not interested and would pay cash. She said she was only allowed to sell jewelry using Jc penny credit cards and nothing else. She flat out refused to sell me anything. Hilarious that a company in bankruptcy refuses to sell customers merchandise.
