I asked the girl if the record transfered and she could see my last service. She assured me she could and that I had full synthetic. The price seemed higher than I normally pay so I questioned that. She told me they have coupons so it would be much lower.
Upon looking over my past records I do not see where I went with full synthetic. At the end she had no personal information on my account which seemed very strange to me since I pull up with email, name, phone etc at my regular location. She was a great sales advocate but I feel it was a lot of fast talking and I walked out of there paying about 60 dollars more than I normally do. I feel like she didn't have any of m records and was telling me things that were not true about my past services I. Will not go back to that location again.

I needed a quick oil change without the up sale. Staff came out to greet me at my car. Asked what type of services I needed, which was an oil change only. They do offer other services by the way. They drove my car in the oil change bay while I waited in the clean waiting area. Service was quick and they even checked my tire pressure, which I was going to do later. Did a thorough and friendly check out, then I was on my way in a jiffy(like Iām the only customer who used this pun). Will definitely come back again.

I would once like to go into a Jiffy Lube and have your techs NOT try to up sale some product or service my vehicles DO NOT need - like filters or rotations or wiper blades. I visited two different JL stores on this day and only wanted āemissionsā testing. Instead I was told I needed additional services and products. You havenāt changed over the years and it is highly likely I will not return again.

It was fast, I didn't wait long...they gave me a voucher and they were very kind, they didn't have a filter and the girl told me to buy it and take it and they would give it to me for free ?ā¤ļø

They will try to upsell you on random stuff that you don't need. I came here for an oil change only. First, they offered polishing my headlights for an additional like $35-$40. The guy then showed me "my" cabin air filter. The one he showed me was super dirty with a ton of junk in it. I told him I'll pass on him replacing it for the additional fee. When I got home and checked the air filter myself, it was almost brand new. They also forgot to put the new oil change sticker on my windshield. I probably won't come here again.

Went in to have a rock chip repair on our vehicle windshield. The staff was friendly and did not get upset that I was there closer to the time of the store closing. So far, the fix is still holding up after a couple of weeks.
