Upper management please give these people more than a pizza party or something, The employees working tonight genuinely deserve a raise. I own a couple stores in the mall, but also work overnight at walmart. I realized after closing my stores I didn’t have my walmart shoes. I called and asked if there was any way they could help me out and offered treats in exchange for the favor. He told me not to worry about the treats to just head down to get some shoes! I still brought treats out of appreciation but seriously that is exceptional customer service. It was at least 10 minutes after close and he was genuinely happy to have the sale! I know they make commission but regardless he didn’t have to do that.

Friendly service we chatted about anime. Got the last chainsaw man tee for $4 and the last pairs of docs in my size for $65. I call that a win! This is literally how my fiancée would dress me everyday if he could.

I visited 2 stores before finally stopping here and finding the perfect color and size of crocs I was looking for. Melek and Integrity were so helpful and sweet! We left with the cutest, sparkliest, crocs and charms to match. ?

I've heard numerous accounts from friends that were past employees on how their experiences were horrible. Not only was the Manager taking their sales "if they weren't accounted for" they would be greeted with attitude and unprofessionalism when confronted issues. There's constant ignorance in the way they handle themselves at work, bringing their personal lives up as a topic around customers and other employees. Breaching privacy concerns with certain coworkers. The management at this location needs to be looked at, how many people have to walk out in order for someone to realize the obvious abuse of power and ignorance that's going on? I doubt this causes any positive environment for customers either.

Why don’t any associates know how to answer the stores phone? I’ve been calling since 12:30 it is now 3:50 and so far I’ve spoken to one person and it was someone from HR who can’t do anything to help.

Bailey was simply wonderful!I called inquiring on a very specific item for my daughter and Bailey took the time to check in the back for the size I was searching for and as luck would have it, she had one pair left! She exemplified customer service to perfection! I believe people shop with people and I’ll definitely be back to shop with her in the near future! I forget the man's name but his customer service has mad me only wanna get my shoes and my family's shoes at journeys! He was super nice extremely knowledgeable not pushy I can tell he is a good man and a man that takes pride in his work!!!!
