I am in complete shock about the service department. I have never been so impressed with a company before. I actually bought my truck from Axio and there service department wasn't able to fix what was needed. I kept getting the run around. I brought my truck to this service department and they not only went above and beyond but did more then they should have or what was paid for. Jordan and the whole service department team was so great I honestly don't have to words to describe how impressive they all were. I am a loyal person when someone treats me correctly. I will buy my vehicles in the future from this Mitsubishi location. Thank you again to this location. You have earned my business for future purchases!!!! Along with my whole family!!

I had a great experience with the sales guy, Pace. He helped us buy our 2021 Jeep Cherokee. There was no pressure at all—he let us find our way to what we wanted, encouraging us to check out different cars and go back and forth as needed. It probably would have driven me crazy if I were in his shoes, but Pace brought a calmness to the whole process and actually made it more fun to find and purchase our (almost) dream car.

My boyfriend and I had an extremely dishonest and unprofessional experience at this dealership involving salesman CJ and finance manager Mike. Our sales experience felt rushed from the start and it was clear they were just trying to secure a sale rather than provide honest service. They attempted to sell us a 2021 Jetta with a completely shattered windshield, gave us conflicting information, and CJ misled us about multiple costs. When we received the car, the interior was not even clean, with sticky spots on the ceiling and other areas that should have been taken care of with basic cleaning before selling a vehicle. Mike told us we would have 45 days with no payment, yet a late payment appeared after only 30 days, and he also assured us the trade in was fully handled, however the dealership failed to pay off the trade in loan entirely. This caused missed payments on the previous vehicle and dropped our credit score by over 100 points. Our messages to CJ were ignored and repeated calls to the dealership went nowhere. This dealership has shown extremely poor communication, unreliable service, and a lack of accountability, and customers should be very cautious when choosing to work with this team.

WASTE OF TIME, I have never been treated so terribly at a car dealership and I’ve bought many cars through other dealerships and this was my husbands first car purchase they had us sign paperwork on Saturday 12/6 that made it seem like we were leaving with the car after we were done with the paperwork just to be told they would call us on Monday but they never called I had to call to see what the status was of my husband getting his car then they said they will follow up later that day never did my husband then called and they said that they would call in Tuesday or Wednesday by Wednesday still no call from them but then when we called of course they were just to say we didn’t get the car because they weren’t willing to work with us on the approval terms from the bank. Not sure for their reasoning but I could take a good guess on why. I would take my business elsewhere and I’m glad I told my parents to take theirs elsewhere. Also who in their right mind pulls someone’s credit 4 times in a row? Don’t even get me started on the salesman Derek who kept disappearing when he was helping us making our time there feel like forever when they could have told us no on Saturday and could have saved us all the headaches.

This is my personal experience with Southtowne Mitsubishi, and it was extremely unprofessional.
The dealership allowed my husband to leave with a vehicle without any registration or a temporary tag. In the state of Utah, it is illegal to drive an unregistered car. We live 96 miles away from this dealership and to think the car drove home and back to Sandy, over 192 miles with out any registration. I couldn't even insure it due to this and can't think of the trouble we would have been in if we were pulled over or in an accident.
When I returned to the dealership to return the car and ask for a refund, due to their negligence. I was outright told no by the manager, they refused to refund me my down payment, even though they were the ones who released a vehicle without providing the legally required temporary permit. Even though the financing was NOT finalized, telling me that I can't get a refund and there are no laws in Utah for them to accept me returning the car.
My husband noticed there wasn't a temporary tag at 7pm, 6 hours after he was given the keys and told he was good to go.
This situation has been stressful and unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others to be careful when purchasing a vehicle here.

Hi Jordan was amazing to deal with!!.I was buying a car for my sister and needed to keep the car at a reasonable payment and they really worked with me to get it to where she could afford it.A lot of places say the price is firm but this dealership worked with me on the price which is unheard of these days at least to my experience!. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal. I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry and they still worked with knowing the car would sell if I didn’t buy it!. They were very polite and fantastic to work with so if you’re looking for a great deal then you found the place! Thank you a ton.
