Recently purchased extensions from here with plans to install with my own stylist. The girl at the front desk was so dismissive and rude. The male stylist who was doing another client's hair chimed in and wasn't very pleasant either. They both made me feel quite inadequate since I'm not a stylist. Anyway, purchased it but ultimately decided against this hair and exchanged them for different extensions. When I went back I was met by prior unfriendly front desk girl, yikes. Once the exchange was done, we were left with about $147 which she refunded to some random card that belongs to no one I know. She then said they don't offer refunds after I found out my money has disappeared into the abyss. So I'm out $147 and that's it? You don't offer refunds but refunded it to someone? I would suggest kindness and training on how to treat customers who don't know much about extensions so they get the best results. Training on refunds would be smart too, or did you just give yourselves a nice tip? I moved my business to Intertwined where I was treated like a person and the ladies spent their time picking out the best colors for my skin tone and current hair color. They made me feel like a million bucks. Do better Laced, Sandy. Kindness is free. ;)

Would give a -2 star if I could, Super unprofessional . Stylist added my hair to her cart online I paid for it, paid extra for faster shipping to out of state. My stylist/friend traveled with me to do my hair at a wedding ordered the hair in time to install it before the event. The next day after ordering she received a email saying that they suspected the purchase could be scam or fraud because it’s going out of state and was requesting a copy of ID , pictures of personal mail. Never have myself or my stylist ever been asked for this information your a hair shop not the DMV!. We would never send some random no name customer service person our personal info like that. My stylist sent in a screen shot of the charge from the bank posted, as proof and confirmed the ship to and bill to info.
We ended up disputing the charge with our bank and also canceling the order getting hair here in Cali that was cheaper and better quality without the hassle. Had we not we would have not been able to get the install done in time screwing around with these stupid request for ID’s and proof of mail. Your a hair company, get real it’s more like you don’t have the hair we ordered and are killing time till you get it in which has been my case buying hair from you in the past. Always out of stock in colors and length

I hate to be this person but this is the worst hair I have ever bought. Maybe I got a faulty bag but when I first got them there was a chunk missing out of them, I have had them lifted and few times and even my stylist said these are horrible! The seam is so waxy it doesn’t lay flat on my head and is super stiff and the ends lift so easy. Now the worst part…. The shedding! Holy cow these shed so bad! I paid almost $500 for these and the hair falls out so worse then any extensions I have ever had. My bathroom is covered in hair after I shower. I figured I’d give laced another try with them being local but I won’t be using this hair again. Sad I wasted so much money

My review is only for the quality of the extensions and not the salon portion of this studio. I am a cosmetologist and I have personally had extensions for many many years now. I have tried many other brands and I always come back to Laced Hair Extensions. The hair has always been high quality and I am able to get my hand tied wefts to last an entire year. I also love that they offer the wavey version as it matches my hair type a little more. If anything, I wish they had a little more curl to them. Color does fade over time, but not red like many others. Blondes stays a nice shade.

I absolutely LOVE Laced hair. I’ve been buying hair machine weft and tape-ins since 2018, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My hair lasts up to a year and a half (and I’m not the easiest on it). They have 25 inch extensions (my favorite) and various color options. The hair is soo soft. I always get compliments. You definitely get what you pay for!! Highly recommend!

Just went into the salon to buy my “every 6 month hair”. The gal worked at 11:30am on 05/21 was buried in her phone and extremely unhelpful. I even tried to get her advice on the color and she didn’t budge. Their card reader was down and she made me enter my info on her screen by myself. I’m a business owner and I know that customer service is everything. Had she helped me with color she could have probably even sold me on a second pack. I’ll be honest, if these are the type of employees that Laced is hiring I’ll start paying for $300 hair elsewhere.

I came into this location hoping for a comfortable and professional location. When I entered, the receptionist didn't even bat an eye at me and continued gossiping with her fellow employees. The girl I booked for, Madalyn, was nothing but rude and judgmental towards me. I hope this store gets better staffing, my overall experience left me never wanting to come here again. The extensions didn't even blend properly.

When I decided to get hair extensions I heard about Laced from a neighbor who worked there. And that the company was started by a Cancer Survivor and I had cancer and I wanted to support her company. I loved my extensions and have always been back to get more.
But my last purchase I bought Waved machine weft. When my stylist took them out of the bag there was no wave and they hair was dry and snarled on the ends. She said let's get them in and then wash and hopefully the extensions will be wavy like your last ones and the ends hopefully just needed some moisture.
Nope they weren't wavy at all and they are was frizzy and snarled at the bottom. So we decided to cut off the bottom to see if that would help. It didn't. And we noticed that the hair thinner than normal and was breaking as she blows dried it and tried to curl it and it wouldn't curl. The extensions were awful what made it worse my daughter wedding was in 3 days and we all were going to do our hair the same as my sister who died from breast cancer a few months prior. My sister always said her best feature was her hair. So we all colored our hair the same hers was and my girls all have the same length of hair I just needed my extensions in to match theirs. But that didn't happen. I contacted Lace they said they would give a gift card. I had spent 200.00 to have the awful extensions in and since the wedding was in 3 days I had to cut my hair and have it styled that cost me another 150.00. So I spent 350.00 dollars in 2 days because the extensions I received were awful. I honestly wanted my money back because this literally caused me emotional distress and put me financial hardship especially before my daughter wedding.
They refused to give me a refund they gave me a gift card but I am out 350.00 because my stylist had to put them in them take them out because they were awful extensions and then cutting and styling my hair all within 3 days.
I have a credit but I won't beable to use it for at least a year because my hair grows so slow. And honestly I am afraid of getting crappy extensions again. And I can't afford another "bad batch" of hair. I feel they should have to pay me back for the 350.00 that I had to spend because of the awful extensions. And I will never recommend this company again.

Bought hair a few times with the company, the last batch I bought was horrible! I reached out to customer service my client was super unhappy about the glue stuck in the hair and the many short hairs that didn't really look like mustache hair it looked like short cut pieces. The weft is so curled up won't lay flat even when flat ironing it. Customer service is horrid I have never worked with a company so shitty before! I lost out on money and had to discount the hair because of THEIR hair quality that they weren't willing to fix! I will never order from This place ever again and neither should you! I have a pretty high following so I will be making sure i tell everyone on social media not to work with this horrible hair company!!

There's a reason there are so many bad reviews about this hair quality. It's horrible. Sheds like crazy, mats and due to all the shedding it lasts maybe 90 days whereas any other hair at this price point would easily last a year. Customer service will not do anything. They were polite enough but don't care that their product is poor. I have wefts and tapes. The tapes came with extra tapes not to be nice but because they know they don't hold. So instead of them selling quality product they expect you to take the bad tapes off and replace them before you can even use the hair. $1800 wasted. Couldn't find any communication? I emailed back and forth many times. What's the point since your customer service said they can't do anything. Obviously no I don't post my private info with my name online.

Amazing work done by Haylie !!! I have been going to her for about four years and it has been nothing but amazing!!! She takes such good care of me and my hair it has grown Like crazy after only going to her !!! The work she does with hair extension is the best always great growth and healthy hair!!
