Lakes is the only place in town I will take any guns that need fixing, adjusting, or any customization. Been going there for 6+ years and their staff are all above reproach. Brent has been in the business for many years, Nate definitely knows his way around firearms and is also a first class instructor. He was very patient and friendly and helped teach my wife and some of my friends how to shoot long guns and pistols. And their newer guy, Alec is very good at restorations. I can't say, enough good about these guys.

I have been using Lake's for 5 years, and from custom orders to EDC, they have their game tight. If you want the hands with experience at a fair price, you can't beat Lake's. I trust them for purchases and customazations, and they have never steered me wrong.

Where to start! I met these guys a couple months ago and commissioned them to build a custom gun for me. After waiting for parts and everything to arrive the turnaround time was extremely fast and impressive. I was very impressed with the communication skills that they had, and the way they made me feel like I was an important customer to them.

The guys at the shop helped me out with everything I needed, Brent Nate and Alexc executed amazing work, for me. They also educated me more on the firearms I own and how to safely use a firearm.

Wonderful costumer service and expert knowledge and experience. Helped me get a new firing pin for my grandfathers old 22 lr when nobody else could help would nightly recommend if you’re new to guns or even for the experienced shooter!!! Never before have I been treated with such respect as a gun noob, answered all questions without making me feel like a real newbie. Thank this whole shop for what they've done for my AR-15! Totally turned it from a silly budget gun into a well oiled machine.
