Jan 2024: treated very kindly and professionally by each crew or manager I spoke with from the time I brought my car for a diagnostic appointment to the time I left. Everything was convenient and well communicated. I've only once had a negative take on a service at this location. A few years ago I took my car for an appointment to fix something small, and they kept my car for 5 days while not fixing it. I see different staff/crew there in 2024. I waited comfortably while they did the exam and diagnostic, etc. I have no complaints. The manager of my appt also walked me to the parts counter to ask about a wiper for me, and the person at the parts counter gave me a lead on where to go for the dealer. I'm just getting wordy now, but I really enjoyed my visit today. The receptionist is welcoming as well, and the music playing on the speakers was fine. Comfy chairs, tables, temperature of the room, no smell of exhaust or oil in or outside the entire place. Well done!

My experience over the last three years dealing with the sales department and the service department is that this is a great place to buy a used car and to have it serviced. These people, in my opinion ,are polite, honest, skilled and easy to work with. I would like to thank them for their good work.

I’ve gone to this location for several years (Sandy used car) it’s always been maybe a 3.5-4 star experience. More 4 star I would say. Today was not a good experience. After I’d been there for 1.5 hours I went to ask the status. They said it was almost done. They finally came to give me the keys at just over 2 hours. That is a ridiculously long time for an oil change. I’ve never been there more than an hour. In addition I asked them to change my air filter as last time I was in they told me it was close to needing a replacement, but they didn’t have one in stock. So today I specifically asked it be changed. At checkout he told me he forgot. And did I want him to give me a quote and do it? I had been there over 2 hours at this point and couldn’t wait any longer so I declined. One more thing…my car was parked next to a huge truck at the end of the parking lot. I couldn’t see it and walked around for a bit before having to go back in to ask where it was parked. It was a frustrating experience. I would consider going elsewhere next time, but I bought a service plan so plan to go back 2 more times to get my money’s worth.

Update to the review new service manager saw what was going on and did my daughter a solid and fixed the car by installing a used battery it was great the business and service manager did this thank you for all you did wish it didn't take 6 months to get someone to listen thanks

I dropped my car off to get the oil changed, replace my tires, and replace the rotor/brake pads on the rear. I was called about two hours later to come pick it up. When I showed up I checked my tires and they hadn’t changed them. When I asked the service rep if they changed my tires they said they had. I challenged that and they went to check. Turns out they didn’t perform any of the service and didn’t check to see that it was done before calling me all the way back out to pick up the car. They did change my oil, but I’ll be taking my car somewhere else to do tires and brakes. This isn’t the first time I have had poor service at this location, but this will be the last time I take my car here. I’d rather pay more to know the job is being done right.

We connected through your online store. After making contact with the sales associate it took several hours for them to get us a walk around video and a video with the vehicle running. We were given multiple excuses and were put on the back burner. We were told that a normal deposit is $500, we were charged $1000. Due to the delay, we ended up running into 2 days and were still not contacted on day two. I made contact to follow up at 1pm on day two. I withdrew my purchase and will not do business in the future.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape here not even 2 years ago. Within the first year it has needed a new transmission, new fuel pump, and now has a bad cam shaft; over 8k in repairs. The check engine light and oil light both kicked on the first week I owned the vehicle, almost like they were manually turned off? Odd. The sales managers were very arrogant when I expressed all my issues, and their best resolution is to trade it in for another one of their vehicles. Go figure!

I just want to thank George again for his willingness to bend over backwards and make me feel like I was his number one priority in finding the perfect truck right away. My wife and I immediately left a review on the dealership website because of how you worked for us. I want to be honest with you that there truly was only one other sales person that we saw besides George that didn't give my wife a slime ball salesperson vibe. The finance guy was really nice and personable until we told him we didn't want the gap insurance and then he flipped and felt cold and annoyed by our presence, don't know if he only gets commission for the insurance sales. George was perfect for us we probably would have turned around and left quickly if we had anyone else but him. Feel free to share this information how you see fit it may help a few people become more successful in the future. Thanks again.

Service when buying my car was pretty good, but once they had our money it was tough to get anyone to help us. They took our trade-in but didn't pay it off on time. The previous lender kept charging me late fees and it also started to hurt my credit. They were slow to respond and didn't take responsibility. I had to call the lender over and over to figure out what was wrong and what had to happen to get the deal finalized so Larry H Miller would pay off my trade in. This should have been all taken care of by the dealer.

I brought my truck in to have new shocks and struts put on. And unfortunately had to wait a whole day and good chunk of the morning to have my vehicle returned. I know things happen in life we cannot control but to update/inform customers what is going on with their vehicle when told it should be only be a few hours is important to me. I am self employed and had to reschedule my clients and loosing a days work is financially unacceptable. I also had to call and check up on my vehicle for the status Khristin was very nice kind and caring with the whole experience. I think it’s your mechanics who need a nice talking to for we all lost money because of the delay. I also wanted an oil change package and need an oil change but will be going else where for that. I do appreciate what y’all do just be more informative with the eta of customers vehicle return!!!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have had a positive experience each time. Took off one star for the high pressure warranty sales during vehicle purchase. The service center has been great to work with and has provided excellent service.

All in all, this dealership and their team are dishonest. I bought my car from here 2 years ago and the pitches they gave, and assistance they promised were all lies. Their cars are good, but once you go off the lot, don't expect them to help you anymore. Truly the worst company.

Update: after feeling like I might get some assistance from the GM, I never heard back from him.. ended up taking my car somewhere else to have the issues fixed and was informed that whoever was the last place to touch my car forgot to put the caliper all the way back on from my breaks. Wow! Thanks Larry H miller for being out over 2k in repairs, due to the work of your shop, as well as the 1.5k I paid you to break my windshield and cause more damage than good.I took my Jeep in for 3 repairs, 2 issues I knew what was wrong, 1 I needed a diagnostic on. They were able to do the diagnostic and fix that issue, and replace my breaks, but never quoted me on repairing my control arms and bushings, which was what I had needed done! I called 4x to get an update on my car and ETA on when it would be done, and kept getting told to call back the next week. When I called back the next week, they told my the car was done a week ago and they were waiting on me to pick it up…when I did pick it up, my windshield was broken… I told an employee and they told me they would escalate my situation and experience to their service manager and to expect a call the next morning. That was a week ago and I haven’t received any follow up. If you want good service, and have your car actually in a better state then when you dropped it off, then avoid this place!

Worst dealership I have ever worked with. They did the paperwork incorrectly making me have to drive 3 hours to correct their mistake and the compensation that was "promised" didn't happen. And not a manager to be found when one was asked for. After all was said and done we found dirty panties in the driver's seat pocket. CLASSY!!! I unsubscribed from emails long ago but continue to receive them. So time to air the dirty laundry!!! Like the ones found in our diesel pickup.

The sale went well but the car was not detailed on timeWe were there almost 3 hours waiting for the detailing and to get the paperwork done.Also they only could provide 1 key to the car. I think that is unacceptable. What do we do if we misplace the key. For a $41,900 car I would expect 2 maybe 3 keys.
