While visiting from Western Canada, my eyeglass case broke. We stopped in at Lens Crafters at the Mall in Sandy Utah. I asked Saige if I could purchase a new case and he offered to give me one for free. He brought out 4 or 5 from which to choose from. He kindly helped a visiting senior from another country.
