I spent a lot of time calling several places until I finally reached this location, and they confirmed that they accepted my insurance. I had everything organized, but once I got there, they told me they did not accept it after all. This was a waste of my time and very disappointing

While visiting from Western Canada, my eyeglass case broke. We stopped in at Lens Crafters at the Mall in Sandy Utah. I asked Saige if I could purchase a new case and he offered to give me one for free. He brought out 4 or 5 from which to choose from.
He kindly helped a visiting senior from another country.

Saige and his team are the best! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and felt welcome. They took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses and added my prescription without any hassle. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They have an amazing selection of both glasses and sunglasses, with styles to fit every taste. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my glasses readjusted and one of the workers, Izzy was very kind and did it in no time! I am always impressed with this location’s service.

I stepped on my glasses and bent them. I didn't purchase them from this store, but stopped in to see if they could be straightened (bent at hinge).
Izzy said she'd be happy to see what she could do.
She not only straightened them, but made sure the fit was good and cleaned them.
I suspect many glasses stores would have tried to straighten them for me, but Izzys willingness and her attitude were excellent. She did a great job and went the extra mile in my opinion.
Izzy with her customer service skills is an asset to LensCrafters!

So disappointed! I came in today to buy a new pair of glasses, initially nobody was in the store so I just started looking around And trying on various frames. When I finally noticed somebody behind the counter, He was too busy on his phone to even acknowledge that I was there. I took a picture of the glasses that I was going to purchase, and will be purchasing them elsewhere. But I do appreciate that you have a vast selection. Even several minutes later, as I left the store, there wasn’t even a goodbye, Or thank you. What happened to customer service!? I guess this is why malls are going out of business, and everybody’s buying online.

During my appointment when looking at glasses I told the lady helping me I enjoy funky and bold frames. She was so nice and was really trying to help. But another girl came up to help as well and was telling me that was 300 lbs before and know what would look good……. Did she think I was 300 lbs. I called and made an appointment to go on weight loss medication that week.
I don't think ill be back. Not everything was bad about my experience. But I don't think I'm comfortable going back where people think its okay to fat shame people when they think they are helping

My wife and I went into LensCrafters and Sandy mall in need of eyeglasses and an eye exam. Our insurance pays for both the manager who was friendly and checked our insurance and found that it paid for it when we went for the eye exam they wanted to charge us an extra $39 each for a retinal imaging which we know is not necessary to get an eye exam and they told us unless we paid that they would not give us an eye exam. What a waste of time and a rip off so we went to another place Visionworks who said that that was not required lensCrafters lost two sales and we would never return to that store.

Dave was great to work with during the frame selection and details for my new glasses! I came away with a new pair of glasses ordered as well as new lenses for my current frames. The cost with discounts and insurance coverage really helped. Dave knew exactly how to make it all work so my purchase didn’t break the bank. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful!

Saige was very helpful in looking up a pair of prescription sunglasses I purchased here a couple years ago that I lost in Florida. After he did all the work, I ended up going with a different pair of sunglasses instead. He was helpful nonetheless. Very happy with the service, speed and product!
