Life Centre Athletic Club is a fantastic gym and the best health and fitness center in Utah. The beautiful facility has everything you need, including a great pool, basketball courts, and many machine options, with little wait for equipment. It is always clean. The staff and ownership are great, very friendly, and go out of their way for members, creating a family feel. The gym culture is much more chill and friendly than other gyms, offering a great spot for families. It is a favorite gym where members feel they belong.

Moved there while Alta Canyon Sport Center is undergoing renovation. Enjoy the facilities, hours, convenience and the people!! Might have to think pretty hard about transitioning back to ACSC in 2027 when construction is finished.

This is a great gym. In the summer, I enjoy spending time outside by the pool. I love this place!
