I purchased the Graphene infused trim restoration cubes. It claims to 'keep trim protected and looking new forever'.
This is not the case, in fact the trim looks more dried out and damaged after using it,and now I will have to get them replaced.
I contacted the company but they did not reply to me. I don't advise that anyone use this product as it is very damaging

Before I comment on their products, I want to commend their customer service, because without good customer service, I won't use a product. I called LAE and Bill answered, I explained a situation I had with an Amazon order. Bill took care of it within minutes. Not only was he kind and professional, but a straight up nice guy. I use Inner Space, which I swear by and also Trim Serum. Both last a long time and I'm super happy with the results. The next products I'm going to try are the Double Tap car soap and Ceramic Slam. Great company and Great products.

Wow! The detailing products they offer are incredible. I had previously gone to walmart and bought a bunch of stuff but nothing was working the way I wanted it to. I needed something different so I went to the store in Sandy and showed them what I was looking to do. They took care of the rest and recommended the hyper cleanse, ceramic spray, seal and squeal and the ceramic trim restoration kit. Every product I left with did a killer job! I am EXTREMLEY happy with how everything turned out. 10/10 to the product and the customer service!Service: Auto detailing

Excellent company for high end detailing products. I saw a video on Instagram and decided to stop by and check them out. Highly recommend the Ignite after-wash ceramic detail spray.

Very, very pleased with their superior customer service! I didn't catch the guys name, but he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and it felt like I was amongst friends. I really like that kind of customer service... Harder and harder to find these days with any degree of sincerity. I experienced quite the opposite with a local shop in West Jordan recently and it has made me really gun shy... But Lithium... wowey... just wonderful!!! I just discovered their products and I am amazed... just amazed!!! The Trim Serum is... omg, its a miracle!!! Goes on super easy and it seems to have restored my plastic!!! And get this, it looks JUST LIKE it did when the car was new. Some companies stuff looks like you have put on Vaseline... Their Trim Serum isn't like that... the plastic just looks natural!!! Like it was intended!!! I am very impressed!!! A special thank you to Alex from Legit Street Cars!!! GREAT PRODUCTS! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Tremendous customer service and follow up. Had a couple issues with delivery it was more the delivery service than Lithium. Thankfully lithium stands behind their products and service. Because the error was not their fault they could have just left me hanging. I simply wanted to inform them of the issue and they made everything right. Other companies need to take notes and follow lithium’s lead.

Everything that we haves orders from Lithium has exceeded our expectations ?. The we have 2 cars that have cream leather seats that looked more like light brownish. The leather cleaner with a soft brush cleaned out years (hard to admit) of junk buildup. The conditioner left the seats so soft without a shiny finish, like the other stuff-starts with A and ends with All.The internal cleaner made the dash look like new without the extra fake gloss that you get with the San product identified above.The star of everything that I ordered are the trim cubes. Trim restored so easily, making my 2020 Jeep Gladiator look a-mazing.
