The staff was happy and nice. The place is clean. Not crowded. Really cute party rooms. I liked that they offer separate play areas for babies and toddlers. The big play ground has fun obstacles and slides. This is a hidden gem and we will be back!

We absolutely love visiting Luv 2 Play! It’s the perfect spot for our family to spend quality time together. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, which gives us peace of mind while the kids are playing. There’s a great variety of activities for all ages, from soft play areas for toddlers to more challenging climbing structures and interactive games for older kids.
The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I also appreciate the comfortable seating for parents and the availability of snacks and coffee—definitely a bonus!
Our kids always have a blast here, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this place fun and engaging. If you’re looking for a family-friendly indoor playground, I can’t recommend Luv 2 Play enough. It’s a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained and active, no matter the weather!

My husband booked a party and we don’t receive the mail or confirmation but they already chargue us in our bank. I call them what happen and a men answer me but he doesnt know nothing and he can’t found my husband name or the money that i paid

Some kid had explosive diarrhea last time we were there. Thank Lord I didn't witness this. Use at your own risk.

The packages they offer are not complete, they made a pretty bad decoration and without what I had ordered for my daughter, they never gave her a free pass for a month. The service is very poor in this place, the good thing is the games, it is the only thing I rescue from the place.

I recently visited Luv 2 Play, Indoor Playground and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and packed with fun activities for kids of all ages. The play structures are safe and engaging, providing endless entertainment for my little ones.
A special shoutout to Jayleigh, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was having a great time, and her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Her kindness truly stood out and made our day extra special.
I highly recommend Luv 2 Play for a fantastic day of fun and play. We'll definitely be coming back!

I had a customer service issue that needed a manager approval. They took care of it in a fair and quick manner. Because of this I would highly recommend. Plus my kid loves this place.

Luv2 play is located inside of South Town Mall on the 2nd floor and across from the Asian Gifts store. It is geared towards kids under 12. The toddler area makes up half of the venue, and is a great place for toddlers to be safe and supervised closely by their parents while older, bigger children stay on the other side.
Many obstacles resemble ninja warrior courses and the older child area extends to a 3rd floor. A small ball pit is included in addition to an air powered launching gun and many tunnels to run and hide from others. The double slides are fast, but the single, softer slide is exceptionally speedy and has ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ big kid approval. My kids made friends with other 8 and up kids and had a great time. Teens were happy shopping in nearby shops without younger siblings. This is a fun, active break for children from shopping. It's also on the GetOutPass. Electrical outlets are available for chargers and ample seating is available for bigger guests. Be prepared as everyone that enters must take shoes off and wear socks for cleanliness.

Some parents don't follow the rules and wear their shoes but they're supposed to take them off

Nice space if you're looking for a smaller area to keep the little ones contained. They have a locked gate, so the kids can't escape. They offer packages which include everything needed for a kids party, but you can also bring your own food.

I came into luv 2 play and it is a great place for kids to play. I got a monthly pass for kids for 1 month. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was doughy last week and they tried to fix it but was a problem with the settings on the oven so they gave .e another pizza they were very kind about it and understood. I came back today to bring the kids in for lunch and playtime and loaded the game cards with 10.00 on each. SOMEHOW I was charged tax on a gift card (game card ) and you shouldn't ever get taxed on a gift card ,because it is future money being spent. It's really a great place but please fix the tax issue, you shouldn't ever charge tax on a gift card

This place is a major ripoff. They charge you admission, and then when you get in, the rides and games aren’t included. They didn’t disclose this. I paid $36 (two kids) for a glorified McDonald’s playplace.
