I did reach out to customer service and stilo didn't receive any encouraging information. They seem to like blaming the customer for even sharing feedback and issues in the first place.Please be aware that sizing is not accurate and they claim "they attempt to be as accurate as possible" but 90% of their sale items don't match the general size and they don't size sale items by hand. Bought a large size shirt and it is a 3x size as I compared it to one of my oversized t shirts that I bought for wearing at night. They don't seem to be concerned with losing customers and everything is so highly priced that anything even remotely affordable is final sale and is usually incorrectly sized. Not sure why they think for their workout outfits that the top can be double the size and the bottoms be on the smaller sized of a XL. I knew it was a risk switching boutiques. I just sill be using this as a learning experience and sharing my experience with others.

This is my second time purchasing from LHOC. The first time I purchased something it was great. I didn't have any issues and I was completely happy with my purchase and the package that was delivered. The second time around nope, not at all. I live in Hawaii so I understand that shipping here isn't easy, fast, or cheap. I don't ever expect my packages to arrive the next day or next week, or in two weeks. You catch my drift right? For some reason when I received my package with the two items I purchased they were shoved into a flat rate box with no packaging over them. I thought it was odd considering the first time I purchased a set of clothes it was packaged, and not shoved into a box. This wouldn't have been so bad if the sweater I purchased wasn't stuck to the side of the box. Like come on man, this package looks like s**** For a company who looks so well put together on the net, the shipping isn't. It's crap and idk if they'll reimburse me for the item they sent that's now fuzzy and yanked on because I had to gently pull it off the sticky box. And let me tell you this box was made to stick to anything except itself. This should have been packaged better. I expected better since this was my second time purchasing. I probably won't purchase again. I'm now stuck with a damaged sweater that can't be refunded. I hope this helps anyone who's thinking about purchasing from LHOC that's not so "Luxe."

I purchased several items from this store and three month later the items were never received. I contacted the store several times and was told I was out of luck. Over $200 and I’m told “Sorry”. Beware before ordering from the company.

I ordered a bralette through Jane last month that was from Luxe House of Couture, and it just happened to be the most comfortable and supportive bra I've ever owned. After going through chemo for stage IV metastatic breast cancer, I needed something that had enough lift and compression to battle lymphatic drainage on the left side while not being tight enough to irritate the ribs and sternum that the cancer had spread to, and this bra hit all the marks! I quickly went to order more, and you had them in stock, so I ordered three more. I never thought a bra would make be so happy, but it has! I plan on taking advantage of your sales quite immediately. Thank you for carrying quality, affordable clothing!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!These ran much smaller than described so I contacted the seller for an exchange. I was told that their product is tied up in another deal so they would be unable to exchange but I could place a new order from another deal. Who doesn't have enough product to accommodate an exchange? Even when I was willing to pay the shipping costs!

This company has been sending me spam emails for years. Every time I receive one of their d*** emails, I try to unsubscribe, or contact the company, but it never works because eventually I receive another annoying email.
