Rolled in the day before Thanksgiving and was greeted promptly. The man working helped me find what I was looking for with more knowledge than the online quiz. Things went perfect getting my new bed in a couple days.

I had the honor of working with William who set me up right away with a mattress to take home same day. I had just driven from Florida to Utah in 4 days by myself in a box truck. I rolled into town on a Friday at 7:20 knowing the store was going to close at 8:00. William greeted me with a welcoming smile and assured me he had a mattress in stock for me to take home. Came in the store thinking I knew what I wanted, but William took the time to ask what we came for, how we sleep, and actually took the time to study how we were laying on the beds. Seriously scammers. They gave us a hard credit check without warning and tried to convince us that the price was 1000 more than it originally was. Completely tried to scam us. William Carlson should be fired.

William was awesome to work with! Knew all about the mattresses and stands. He patiently waited while I tried them all out. One was too soft. One was too hard. We bought the one that was just right. I’ve had my new mattress for a couple of weeks now I love it! William helped me out and talked me down where I didn’t need to spend money, and talked me up to an adjustable base, which I'm very happy with! He also found me some good discounts and deals. Delivery and set up was speedy fast, and they even hauled away the old mattress.

William is professional and he is an expert in sleep comfort. I am a very savvy buyer and I got the very best possible deal with the best possible mattress made and a restful sleep is important to your health and happiness. We just had the mattress and box springs delivered today nicest most professional delivery people. Everything was a perfect customer experience from beginning to end.
